El Servicio Tecnico es excelente. Todos los tecnicos , sin excepcion, son muy profesionales.

Cons

Que hubiera una clase semanal , aparte de la clese que ya existe,que se hable de un aspecto especifico. Ejemplo Una semana que hablesen solo del portal.

Absolutely terrible. The headache this product caused is too much to keep the product.

Pros

The price was right. That's it. I got 2 years for the price of half the cost for one year.

Cons

The forms print out of order. Forms that aren't necessary print anyway. Customer service has no idea how to fix issues. I had to use other software for 2020 for two clients because this product produced errors and I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it.

It is quite flexible and friendly. It's possible to easily zoom-in or zoom-out the screen.

The YouTube videos do not address all details of the software.

Very satisfy, to be honest I never though my experience should be so good.

Pros

Excellent support, very kind staff, software acknowledge, quick response.Do not hesitate to change. I have 16 years with other company and I was afraid of the change, because I was very familiar with the software, also that software company staff make me feel afraid to change, telling me that the support is going to be very bad.

Cons

what I do not like if that I have to press the key to print to many times, before print.
