Pros

Ease of entering in info. It's easier than calling and being on hold for 20+ minutes.

Cons

\-Ability of dispatchers to change info that was put in by original requester, too often it is changed inappropriately to meet the Transport Hub's needs. -Looks clunky -Inability to choose common routes to start a request (ie patient goes from home to dialysis clinic routinely; there would be an option to name a route and choose that roue without having to reinput all of the info again).

Amy, thanks for your feedback! We have a couple of features for repeating patients with common routes that would solve your issue here. We have a duplicate request button so you can copy an existing trip, or you could set up a standing order for the patient which would only require submitting the information once, and standing orders can be placed on regular dates/day for up to one year in advance. Unfortunately we can't stop your dispatchers from amending your requests as that's the workflow that your administrator has set up. We hope these VectorCare features help you save time on future requests!

Love it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone out there who is looking for this type of transport service.

Pros

I love that they are always quickly trying to find the leads for the patients to get transported asap. Very good functioning system.

Cons

All the paperwork involved, but it is necessary. Just timely.

It sounds convenient but the form can be simplified by having access to save some frequently used futures as a favorite.

Cons

too long form, at times calling the vendor to schedule a transport seems simpler if the transport company representative answers the phone.

Thanks for your review Emebet! One of the advantages of VectorCare is that each company can customize their forms to collect all the necessary information. Our patient lookup does auto-populate a lot of the fields though - have you tried using this service? We will certainly consider your feature request to be able to add favorites for each field though!

all the bugs, the constant lagging, the jumping around, its run so slow. The pointless Notification bell that drops down randomly so the wrong trip gets opened. The template lay out makes no sense.

One of the main advantages of VectorCare is the customization that allows customers to design each template to their needs. Perhaps you can speak with your colleague who designed the template to request your changes? We'd also love more feedback on 'all the bugs' you mention; I wasn't able to locate any support tickets from you but please contact us through our in-app support function to provide more information. And finally we always encourage our users to check their internet connection if they experience lagging or slow running. This is usually the source of any delays because our AWS-hosted platform has excellent performance statistics (availability, bandwidth, latency etc).
