Fini le casse-tête des plannings sur Excel. Tout le monde a l'app sur son téléphone, la badgeuse à l'entrée fait le boulot et les heures de fin de mois se calculent toutes seules pour la paie.

Cons

Les mises à jour fréquentes sont positives, mais demandent parfois un court temps de réadaptation aux équipes.

Gain de temps sur la gestion des plannings et du personnel. L outil est intuitif ; l équipe SKELLO est à l écoute, disponible et professionnelle. L accompagnement au démarrage a été nickel ; on s est sentis bien suivis dès le début. On ne reviendrait pas en arrière !

Cons

Quelques petits ajustements à faire sur la prise en main au début, mais rien d insurmontable. Une fois qu'on a le coup de main, tout roule parfaitement.

Simple à utiliser, les équipes reçoivent leurs horaires directement sur leur téléphone. Ça fait gagner du temps au quotidien.

Un outil très simple en prise en main qui nous permet de gagner un temps considérable dans la gestion des plannings, un vrai bonheur ! Nous avons été très bien accompagnés sur notre projet jusqu’à sa mise en place mais également après, équipes top !

Cercanía, rapidez. Valoro que me respondan los mails el mismo día y me agenden una reunión para la misma semana.

Nada. No he tenido ningún inconveniente de momento. Soy una empresa donde necesita revisar quincenalmente las horas y siempre están a mi disposición.

Muy satisfactoria. Cumple con todas las necesidades que tiene la empresa y van mejorando y añadiendo módulos que la hacen más completa.

Pros

El servicio y la atención de Alejandro con cualquier duda que le he comentado. Resuelve los problemas de una manera ágil, eficiente y sobre todo con ganas de querer ayudar en todo momento. Lo completa que es y que va siendo, la plataforma, adaptándose en todo momento a las necesidades de la empresa.

Cons

De momento no he encontrado nada que no me guste. Llevamos tan solo un año con ellos. En el caso de que encontremos algo, lo comunicaremos.

Skello aporta estructura y control. Optimiza mucho el tiempo, mejora la organización y reduce errores administrativos.

mala por que desde el primer mes no se ajustaba a lo que necesitaba me estuvieron dando largas intentando convencerme de algo que no necesitaba, mi gestor muy bueno pero para vender ya que le dije de solucionar el problema y si no le llamo yo no me escriben, a la hora de rescindir el contrato son correctos con sus definiciones y apartados, que por cierto os aconsejaría leer bien, y a mi no me dieron ni los 15 dias gratuitos de prueba, en mi caso por un día, me hicieron pagar un mes mas.

Pros

el servicio mientras estas con ellos es correcto, ni bueno ni malo, es cierto que cuando les llamas están ahí pero eso es lo normal.

Cons

Que si no es lo que se ajusta a tus necesidades ellos no miran por ti, miran por ellos, ademas, lo que dice en la web es orientativo no es ese precio luego te suman otras cantidades que para nada tienen que ver con los precios de la web
