Pros: Flexibility. When i took on the role for Yildiz, one of the central pieces of software was monosign. This was being used as the single sign on application for about 30 different internal and external services. Since then this has grown considerably and also allows us to feed it user info from multiple different sources, including our own bespoke systems, not just active directory.
Cons: It doesn't happen often, but if we do encounter an error then the error messages could be a bit more informative.
Overall: Customer support from monosign is excellent. Whether it's reporting an issue, asking for information or asking for a change to the product, replies are quick, and if the change is just a minor change it can happen quite quickly.
