Pros

  • I'm happy with Playable, their opportunities, support and many inspirational webinars. Overall a great platform.

  • Games - especially knowledge and luck games really encourages our users participation, it generates more loyal customers and we can see more long-term interest in our brand.

  • Super positive with great support from the Leadfamly team with strong sparring on making the right decisions for our campaign.

  • I love the ease of use and the team at Leadfamly, they go over and above and with the experience on the team, you are sure to have out-of-this-world results and fun all around.

Cons

  • I sometimes find the Dashboard a little confusing, but these are small things.

  • Sometimes there is no explanation what the functions are within the app.

  • This is not a "must have" software and therefore unfortunately it drowns a bit in a busy everyday life, where lead family is not considered in campaigns. It is unfortunate both for you and for us.

  • LeadFamly contains so many options, that it can be difficult to master it all.

"Great tool with innovative setup"

Overall: Leadfamly is easy to use, has a lot of different game types and opportunities. And the support is fast and very helpful if you ever need som help.

Pros: How easy it is to implement graphic, like videos, gifs, images and use of css for a better game experience

Cons: I'm looking forward to see some previews of the font I'm using, when setting up font styles. We use a lot of custom fonts, that sometimes doesn't look as planned.

"Great company with fantastic support!"

Pros: We have worked with Playable for many years now and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They allow us reach our engagement and conversion goals through the use of their fantastic suite of games. Also, Playable live support is unrivalled, with a brilliant response time and great knowledge base.

Cons: The suite of games are brilliant but it would be great if there were more on a regular basis/more frequently.

"Intuitive and user-friendly "

Overall: My overall experience with Playable has been positive. The platform offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to create engaging, gamified experiences without requiring deep technical knowledge. The customization options allowed me to tailor the games to match our brand. A standout aspect of my experience has been the support. Both my success manager and the chat support team have been incredibly effective and helpful, offering timely assistance whenever needed. They've helped me resolve issues multiple times, ensuring smooth use of the platform.

Pros: Simple, intuitive interface that makes it easy to create interactive video content. High level of personalization options.

Cons: Creating and refining high-quality, effective games can take more time than anticipated.

"Horrible"

Overall: Long path of figure out that nothing wokrs.

Pros: Nothing about this tool. Waste of time and money.

Cons: After 25 hours, created 4 games, and none of them works. I spent plenty of time to figure out simple steps.They should hire UX designer with experienced. Because I can't collect leads.I have talk with their team, but I can see they don't know how to use this program either.

Reasons for Choosing Playable: it wasn't my decision, but company. Thanks God. I can change it. I reccomened others to do it.

"Review playable - Spring campaign meeting "

Pros: The possibilties to capture data, the possibility to style everything to your own desire

Cons: In the beginning it’s hard to get to know how playable works and how to customize it

"Great platform with amazing Customer Support"

Pros: Great platform that doesn’t require a lot of experience in web Helpful staff that is willing to help to improve your campaigns Ease to navigate and opportunity to set up landings as you want I would like to specifically give a shotout to [sensitive content hidden] who is always extremely friendly, supportive and helpful when it comes to new campaign set up and testing.

"Great way to gameification"

Overall: I'm happy with Playable, their opportunities, support and many inspirational webinars. Overall a great platform.

Pros: I love the endless list of possibilities in the platform. If you want new leads, engagement or just a fun game for your costumers, there's many options.

Cons: There's so many possibilities and not time enough for everything. Support is very helpful to support and make the process shorter

"A great platform that has been very well thought out."

Overall: Our overall experience has been very positive. It can take time to sell it in to clients, but once a client is on board they become strong advocates themselves and often repeat purchasers... Every game we have built so far for our clients has been easy to build... And getting easier every time!... And has performed exceptionally well for our clients delivering impressive engagement stats and exceeding the clients' targets.

Pros: There is an awful lot to like about Playable. It is a great platform that has been very well thought out... But the elements I value most are the range of games to select from, the sophistication of the platform in terms of reporting, personalisation, performance management etc... But best of all the ease of use when building games... Oh, and the absolutely first class support!

Cons: There's not a lot to dislike, but I guess you can always target price. If it was even lower cost it would be even better!

"Great platform for games"

Pros: I love the amount of games available in the different categories - makes it easy to select a game for any event or campaign. The support from Playable is also great, the live chat function is quick to respond and offer advice or help based on the problem - often a quick link to a help article is enough

"Excellent gamification platform"

Overall: It’s overall been a great experience building games with Playable.

Pros: Playable’s platform offers a good variety of game templates to choose from based on your company’s needs. You deploy a game in a relatively short amount of time.

Cons: There could be more game type options or additional features available for those that have used the platform for many years.

"Easy-to-use & impactful CMS and Gamified Marketing Tool"

Overall: Leadfamly is changing the gamified and playable campaign space, I love the science and the impact it has on business and how easy they are to work with. Highly recommended.

Pros: I love the ease of use and the team at Leadfamly, they go over and above and with the experience on the team, you are sure to have out-of-this-world results and fun all around. Also, the pricing for value is excellent for a marketing technology tool with this ROI.

Cons: I would only request a but more development on the dashboards, but currently set up also works, I'm just a data nerd, but it integrates to my other tools so no problems just a suggestion.

"Great tool for gamification"

Overall: Games - especially knowledge and luck games really encourages our users participation, it generates more loyal customers and we can see more long-term interest in our brand. Win win!

Pros: LeadFamly helps us make fun games with ease; all marketing employees has access and can create (simple) campaigns with no prior introduction. The LeadFamly support team via chat and phone is extraordinary helpfull. Iframing games on our website is easy. The academy, webinars and design specifications makes it possible to create all games with no prior training.

Cons: Integrations to other systems required an online meeting with support. So many games that have different specifications - easy but makes you reuse certain games over others.

"Techonomy starter "

Overall: It boosts my creativity and makes me into an actual campaign developer. I use it for so many instances and organisations it’s fun to work with.

Pros: You can create mini games en interactieve content so Quickly and in not even programmer it’s actually insane.

Cons: Sometimes previews are buggy, but I get that.

"Great gamification platform"

Overall: A great gamification platform, making this process way easier and approachable, without any necessity for a coding resources.

Pros: I like the variety of games and the quick customer support helping you setting up the games itself and thing around that. They also advice about the types of games and tips about the efficiency.

Cons: Sometimes some games are not perfect, like the slot game, where when you win, you win on the first try. However, these are minor things and overall it’s really good.

"Easy-to-use platform and excellent customer support"

Pros: It is very easy to set up and to implement a gamification campaign. The software is very intuitive to use. Also, the help from the team is always really useful. On the technical side, they are always available in the chat and always solve your request. On the strategic side, the monthly meetings really help to align on the overall goal of gamification within the company.

Cons: Overall, I am quite happy with the software. If I need to say anything to improve, I would say to maybe have a functionality similar to "CTRL + Z", where you can easily go back after you do anything wrong in the platform. This feature might already be there, but I did had the chance to see it.

"Feedback"

Overall: You are always happy to help if we have any trouble - that's a huge benefit.

Pros: Its very easy to use and easy to get started. There are many different games, so there are many options for us as a customer

Cons: It has nothing to do with you, but we are not using the software enough. This is not a "must have" software and therefore unfortunately it drowns a bit in a busy everyday life, where lead family is not considered in campaigns. It is unfortunate both for you and for us.

"Highly recommended for education and campaigns"

Overall: We are happy users - we are now able to reach more members and inform them about our offers and products ant our website etc. We are planning to use the games for non members (recrutement) and organizing purposes.

Pros: We have a lot of members (60.000) that we need to be in contact with and activate and support. We use the games for education and knowledge (information).

Cons: We need to buy extra features and support sometimes

Reasons for Choosing Playable: We are now able to create our own games any time we like in the userfriendly website - we can do it whenever we want to - without any computerskills. The Leadfamly website is easy to use.

Pros: Leadfamly contains a lot of ease-of-use tools that creates high engagement with our customers. And if we face a challenge, we can allways count on the the fast and high-skilled support-team.

"Great for easy game making"

Pros: The ease of making games and the selection of game types available means that we can keep variety in what’s used and test what works best

Cons: There are limitations, such as changing the colour of a sentence in a larger piece of text in a pop over or how interactive you can make some of the components of the game

"Really great product. Highly recommended."

Overall: Very good, lots of opportunities for different kinds of gamification and lead generation.

Pros: Very user-friendly and many opportunities for creating very specific content.

Cons: When doing responsive design on the webpage of the game, it is often frustrating and confusing to create a specific content for the mobile version, the tablet version and the desktop version because it often overwrite your new mobile setup to the desktop version and vice versa.
