### " Data Collection to Effectively Manage HSE, a Core Value!"

Incident Management (reporting, investigation, and tracking incidents until closure), housekeeping and lead apron inspections, generating a company wide monthly HSE report based on using a fill in the blank report with pick-list items. The monthly report generates TRIR and LTIF based on work hours I manually enter, among other summarize, I'm also using the tool to generate risk assessments.

Pros

Easy for people to use. By completing a few fields, and all but one is a pick-list, a record is generated of the incident. Removes barriers for people to report HSE incidents. You can use a phone to report!!

Cons

I would like a list of preselected reports. The export function is really slick at generating any report you want, I would like a list of incident reports to push a button and its generated.

Reason for choosing 1st Reporting

I had a list that I generated based on searching what I wanted for an HSE reporting tool in 2018. I had about 7-8 that I evaluated and participated in demos. The people at 1st Notice were the easiest to work with and were the most accommodating to help me get what I wanted/needed. I've been using home grown software packages for more than 25 years and this ticked all my boxes. I minimized customization as much as I could, however, the tools within 1st Notice allowed me to make my own customizations.

### "Best kept secret for all industries."

We started with simple data collection and reporting incidents and as we gained experience with the tool more and more leaders began asking for new incidents to take care of their unique needs. Over time we grew the library to over 35 separate and unique incidents that each had their own function, reporting, and data output. Some incidents were simple and easy while others required very complex back end processing and data input from different people at different times from different platforms. To data we have not found anything that the 1st app couldn't do for us.

Pros

The best thing about 1st is its ability to do virtually anything we want. From simple data collection, field reporting, to very complex forms that require multiple entries and different times, the 1st app as the ability to do it all. Each incident can be as unique as needed to the point that it is just like having separate apps for each desired function.

Cons

1st allows users to create their own incidents but some of the more complex incidents do require additional support and programming from the 1st customer support staff. Sometimes this takes a little longer than we would like it to.

Reason for choosing 1st Reporting

We went to the market twice in the short life that we had the 1st app and we were not able to find any app that could do all of the functions that 1st could do. We look at many "form" app where the users create a form and push it to mobile devices. These work good for simple data collection but they were limited on data output and none had logic built into the form where certain selections drove different forms. If a app provider said they could do as we asked, we requested a demonstration of those functions and none of them could delivery

Overall it was a good experience our company is just growing and we need more all in one type of app to suit our needs as well as our customers.

Pros

I liked how they personalities the software for our company to make it how we needed it.

Cons

Not that many features on the app. With our company trying to stand out and expand we need more high depth technology software.

Pros

The ease of use, the flexibility, the ability to role out to workers, the ability the edit and build forms through support. There isn't anything not to like about 1st reporting.

Cons

nothing, this program has been a significant improvement to our ability to respond quickly and efficiently to incidents, accidents, and house pertinent information. I would not change anything about choosing this program

Reason for choosing 1st Reporting

1st reporting allowed us to use our forms and built them in to their system for us instead of us trying to change our business in to their forms. This made the transition very smooth for our employees to go from paper forms they were accustomed to electronic reducing the learning curve. If you need help building something they are very helpful and accommodating.

Our business has always been challenged with communicating accurate and timely information to multiple work groups and responsible administrators. This multiple use product and the 1st Reporting support staff, have made my tasks of development and implementation of new data capturing and reporting templates much simpler.

Pros

I believe that the ability to modify and customize various templates for field usage is essential for our ability to glean useful information. The ability to use, modify, and report on this information in a real time format is absolutely invaluable. The ability to modify, retrieve, and share information with a large work group and multiple work platforms, helps to maintain consistency in field work processes, procedures, documentation and review.

Cons

My background is in Operations Management. I feel that evaluating software functionality for cons is not something that I can accurately evaluate. From a user and development prospective, I have nothing to compare it to.

### "School incident reporting"

Incident reporting has been streamlined, it assists us in determining where we need add'l surveillance cameras and other security assets. Employees who use the app find it easy to use, employees who use it in a PC environment find it difficult to login and once logged in, they don't know what to do with the map or how to navigate beyond it.

Pros

The ease of reporting incidents on the phone app. and generating injury report forms.

Cons

We have been trying to get rid of the maps view since we first began using the software. It's distracting and not helpful. This is the first complaint I hear from all users. The user groups are difficult to manage, and we rely on support to update those for us.

Working with 1st exceeded our expectations. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] met with us to tailor the software to meet our needs and there was no problem/question they wouldn't look into. They also assisted with user trainings and executive team onboarding to the system.

Pros

At Acelero Learning, we loved that the software was customizable to our varying needs. It was also critical that we built in a workflow management system and the 1st team worked with us to get exactly what we needed.

Cons

Since we are a unique use case, education, there are a few steps in our reporting that we have kept outside of 1st due to functionality issues. We are hopeful that one day we can move our entire process into the system with increased user comfort and software updates.

Ease of getting new forms in an easy format to field users was unbelievable! Vendor led the way and was great to work with. We have quite a few forms in production now and the vendor support has been beyond anything expected.

Pros

Ease of use for employees. Vendor support is absolutely fantastic.

Cons

There are so many possibilities for using. Where to start? Vendor let the way!

Great experience. This software gives our technicians instant access to any forms they may need during their travels. Also gives the Corporate Office instant access to their forms when completed.

Pros

Ease of use and adaptability. Staff is always willing to help as well.

Cons

Wish I could create my own forms and add pictures/designs to the forms.

Despite 1st Reporting HQ being located on the East Coast, they find ways to make time to support their customers, so no cons.
