Pros We love the interactive tracking for oder management and real time dispatch. We onboard many clients to this software as there is not many simple solutions out there. We have 4 clients who run fleets of trucks so we tried to find the easiest and most proficient software out there. Cons I think they are still going through some development phases, which can take time, but I'm super excited for whats coming. Starlight was by far the most expensive but we went with it because we wanted to be with the industry leaders (not have to make another software change in a couple years) and get full support for a successful implementation. We couldn't have been more wrong about the product we purchased. That said, there are a few rock stars in our support team but they are limited in their ability to help us by the sever underdevelopment of the software. Pros The dispatch module appeared to have a functionality that encouraged the dispatch to assign routes that would increase efficiency and revenues. That has not been our experience using the software live. Cons We were sold on functionality that simply does not exists. There is not way for customers to login, request service or pay their bill. We're running CCs through our merchant instead of the software because it charges the customer card before assessing sales tax. Once and order is entered, it cannot be changed. It'll go to the customer, correct or not. There are not credit memos (for adjusting mistakes). None of the reporting works and it lacks the ability to share or schedule reports. There is no CRM at all. You cannot attach documents or make notes on the customer or jobsite records. Recurring transactions do not work. The driver app is buggy and nonsensical.
