Pros User friendly, especially for end user even as to project start/data ingestion. Knovos has designed their platform to truly allow for a range of needs on an individual project basis. The end user can lean heavier on Knovos for large scale projects or simply ingest, review and produce for smaller scale matters. Cons For a user of Relativity the difference in the interface was the most time-consuming to learn. The experience was very smooth overall. Worfklow management and complex review rules implementation in particular are excellent Pros It is user-friendly, extremely stable and faster than the other platforms I have used. The UI is excellent. Cons The (only) predictive coding experience I had with this software was disappointing compared to other experiences I have had. It is unclear if this was due to the software itself or to potential communication issues with customer support.
