After five years, we can confidently say that MailClickConvert is by far the most competent, professional, and reliable global bulk email service provider we have worked with. Their platform comes with a clear, proven playbook covering authentication, warm-up protocols, sending speeds, list hygiene and critical elements for long-term deliverability success. We started cautiously and followed their step-by-step guidelines exactly. The results spoke for themselves. The open and click rates quickly moved well above industry benchmarks and have remained consistently strong. More importantly, their platform continues to improve year over year. Pros

Nice to be able to do mass cold sending but this can be done with so many other platforms. They set up the server for you but what's the point if by default it is going to spam?

Cons

The first red flag: Kaspersky stops me from going to the platform saying there has been data leaks to which their support said "disable your antivirus". Spam testing the emails immediately went to spam vs other platforms where they didn't. Interface was designed in the early 2000s (I assume) but is so difficult to use.

The features were pretty straightforward to use. The support is interactive, hands on and willing to help however way possible. The team go above and beyond to help set me up for success in the program.

Nothing I can honestly think of. They have over delivered and outrank the other options I was considering.

The overall experience has been great. We're able to deploy thousands of emails with very few issues.

Pros

We really like the email list verification tool that helps prevent importing contacts with invalid email addresses. We also like the intuitive interface that makes utilizing all the features relatively easy.

Cons

Occasionally new domains get blacklisted very quickly even after proper IP warm up tactics are employed.
