Atende 99,9% do que preciso para entregar uma boa experiencia de ensino aos meus alunos.

Pros

É facil, intuitivo de usar, criar categorias em vitrine, cursos e aulas ilimitadas, possui as ferramentas de midia e edição de aulas bem completo, integrações acessiveis, gerenciamento de alunos.

Cons

No Whatsapp do aluno não ter uma função que abra o Whatsapp dele diretamente, ou o mesmo para o email. Seria interessante ter um botao para clicar e ja abrir a mensagem para ser enviada ao aluno.

Fantástica, é o resumo perfeito. A plataforma nos atende em todos os sentidos.

Dentro do dia-a-dia de uma Agência é muito importante que a gente tenha processos bem definidos e claros, para treinar nosso time com cada vez mais eficiência. Na plataforma, a gente pode fazer cursos específicos para cada um dos nossos times, temas ou até mesmo para ações pontuais. Com o tempo, entendemos que também podiamos utilizar a plataforma externamente, com nossos clientes, seja pra treinamentos pontuais ou mesmo de rotina. Por exemplo: Hoje quando implementamos uma nova conta de CRM os usuários do cliente recebem acesso a um curso exclusivo que explica o funcionamento. Com a integração com o RD Station Marketing, enviando uma tag nova a cada conclusão de aula ou módulo, fica ainda mais simples gerenciar a comunicação com nossos alunos em todos os sentidos, podendo automatizar boa parte da jornada. Enfim, a plataforma é fantástica!

Cons

Hoje, não vemos coisas que não gostamos, apenas um único ponto de melhoria na integração com o RD Station Marketing. Ao concluir uma aula, por exemplo, a tag envia apenas o nome da aula, mas não envia junto o curso ou até mesmo o módulo. Então temos um "trabalho adicional" para que os nomes não sejam duplicados para evitar confusões na comunicação com estes alunos.

Utilizada a HotMart como LMS, não apenas gestor de cobranças. Deixamos de usar pois, na MemberKit, não temos limite de escala, podemos criar infinitos cursos numa mesma conta. Dentro da HotMart cada novo produto tem a sua área própria de conteúdos, aparecendo de forma isolada no painel do aluno. Ainda utilizamos a HotMart como meio de pagamento para as assinaturas quando as temos.

Aumentamos as vendas e facilitamos o atendimento com a memberkit, somos muito gratos em usá-la.

Pros

Ao longo dos meses em que estamos usando a Memberkit para duas contas nossas, sentimos que a maioria das nossas dicas, no que tange melhorias e beleza, foram ouvidas pela plataforma. Isso nos faz querer continuar a usá-las.

Cons

Sinto MUITA falta do banner superior estilo Netflix (já falei isso no suporte como sugestão algumas vezes).Sentimos muita falta também das interações de tela após conclusão de alunas ou cursos, interações tais como: confetes explodindo na tela, barulho de concluído ☑️ e algo que faça a diferença em ações que são referentes dentro da plataforma, como por exemplo: concluir o cursos e emitir o certificado. A plataforma meio que não faz ação nenhuma. Fica estática sem nenhuma integração de conclusão… acho isso um pouco triste, para uma plataforma não boa quando a memberkit.

Existe uma facilidade de migração de conteúdos e uma grande facilidade tanto para aprender a usar a plataforma como para o dia a dia da administração e inclusão de novos conteúdos dentro dela. Continuamente estão fazendo melhorias e integrando novas ferramentas.

upgrades e melhorias contínuas, implementação de novas ferramentas com frequencia, tornando a plataforma cada dia mais atraente e com novas funcionalidades!

Cons

hoje, gostaria de um recurso de programação de conteúdos novos com notificação automática ao usuário. Se no futuro tiver a possibilidade de aplicativo baixável para celular seria interessante.

Fácil de usar e o visual dela é bem bonito.

Cons

Infelizmente não tem multi-áreas de membros, toda vez que preciso de uma área de membros tenho que assinar mais um plano com outro e-mail, isso é ruim para o controle e caro também. Com opção de multi-áreas como tem em outras plataformas o valor seria um acréscimo ao plano.
