“Excellent app to build customer loyalty. Gamification. Loyalty points and more.”

OverallBeen with them for the last 8 months.
ProsWe previously used Freshdesk, Zoho CRM and Mailchimp to manage our customer profiles, enquiries, service requests and run offers & promotions. Now that we use NHANCE NOW as the only communication medium with our existing customers. We are able to get lots of other things done at a fraction of a cost that we used to pay our previous service providers. Its actually a great platform for businesses to proactively engage with their customers and build strong customer relationships. All I have to do is to create various audience sets out of my existing customers and automate personalized greetings, personalized offers, alert messages, purchase promotions with unique coupon codes via smart push notifications, which can be scheduled through their business portal. I appreciate its capability to run various marketing campaigns to targeted customers, based on their personal preferences and habits. I personally like the 'Buy' and 'M-Store' sections that generate additional sales for us. And also, its ability to automate and monitor customer feedback is highly time-saving. Thanks to NHANCE NOW's service offering and its low-cost pricing that fits our budget.
ConsIt does not have all the features of the CRM. But all the essentials are there.
