We've had a great experience with ListenFirst and its team who have been outstanding, making sure we are getting everything we need out of the platform.

Pros

ListenFirst gives us an in-depth look at not only our own social performance, but also a clear look at our competitors, clients and prospects. We're able to use the platform for both the pre- and post-sale phase, along with our own organic content, making it highly versatile and impactful for multiple teams.

Cons

It can be a little tricky to use and slightly overwhelming with all the features.

My overall experience with ListenFirst has been mostly good. Client Services is helpful and the platform offers a lot of useful capabilities

Pros

I like the content analysis, video analysis, and classic reporting features the most

Cons

Sentiment Analysis is a bit lacking and isn't as intuitive or robust as I'd like it to be

I like that you can compare response rate instead of engagement rate to take into consideration size of following.

Cons

It's a bit slow and the UI isn't up to par with other competitors.

You may have noticed some simplified UI features already this year. Navigation and metrics are two examples of where we've recently simplified things. And we're still going!
