Aujourd’hui, Gouti a apporté un vrai cadre et une méthode commune à l’équipe. C’est devenu un gage de qualité, notamment grâce au workflow. Même si on ne l’exploite pas encore à 100 %, on sait ce qu’on peut faire avec, et c’est motivant de voir que l’équipe Gouti fait évoluer l’outil en continu. Ce qui nous donne un petit espoir qu'un jour peut être le module marketing verra la jour :) Pros Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement dans Gouti, c’est sa capacité à s’adapter à nos besoins. On a pu le “détourner” un peu de son usage initial pour en faire un vrai outil de gestion de produits, et ça fonctionne très bien. Gouti correspondait beaucoup mieux à nos attentes que d’autres logiciels pourtant plus connus. De plus, nos processus sont très complexes et d’autant plus complexe à intégrer pour les nouveaux arrivants. Gouti constitue à la fois un support de formation pour les nouveaux arrivants car nous pouvons y intégrer nos processus grâce au module "partage de connaissances". J’aime aussi le fait qu’on puisse créer des modèles de projet, ça fait gagner beaucoup de temps. Enfin, les ressources mises à disposition sont un vrai plus comme les rendez-vous Gouti, la newsletter, la chaîne YouTube… c’est top d’avoir autant d’accompagnement. Les avis utilisateurs sont vraiment considérés pour construire l'évolution de Gouti. Autres plus : possibilité d'ajouter des modules additionnels qui répondent à des besoins personnalisés mais aussi des champs sur mesure ! Vraiment bon rapport qualité prix. Cons Il y a eu beaucoup d’améliorations récemment, mais il reste encore quelques rigidités dans certaines fonctionnalités, un manque de personnalisation ou d’automatisation. Ce serait intéressant d’avoir un module dédié au marketing pour aller plus loin dans notre activité. Et parfois, on aimerait un peu plus de fluidité dans l’utilisation. Il me permet aujourd'hui de garder le fil sur un gros projet chez un client qui a peu de culture projet. C'est structurant. Pros L'architecture de Gouti oriente facilement vers les bonne pratique de gestion de projet : charte, suivi de la situation absolue et en tendance, analyse de risques, suivi des problèmes... On y ajoutes les utilisateurs internes comme externes à l'entreprise pour une gestion de projet partagée. On y gère autant de projets que l'on souhaite et c'est devenu un outil du quotidien. Cons L'ajout de champs personnalisés n'est pas possible (gestion de priorité sur les tâches d'un projet par exemple), il faut en faire part à l'éditeur pour une éventuelle évolution de la solution. Quel bonheur d'arriver en comité de pilotage avec un rapport simple et lisible sur l'avancement projet... Et ça, nous ne l'avons vu nulle part ailleurs.
