CS just needs improvement but overall great product and experience. Pros Very easy to use, simple and effective. The customer service is also hands-on. Cons While the customer service is very hands-on, it can sometimes take some time for them to reach out. Other than that, none so far. Pros The accounting system on how it is working. Cons The account titles are different from what I've been learned during my college days but merely have its same function. Need to familiarize or if the account titles can be edited much better. Reason for choosing QNE Accounting Software I already attended their trainings and I see how easy to operate the system.
