"Read this before signing the 1-Year contract! "

**Overall:** I have a Meeting with \[sensitive content hidden\] tomorrow. Hopefully we can come to an agreement to let us part ways.

**Pros:** Please read this before signing the 1 year contract! If the software doesn’t work for your practice, they won’t let you cancel if your unsatisfied with their product/software.

**Cons:** Before signing a 1-year contract with Boulevard Software, I strongly recommend researching whether it truly fits your business workflow — especially if you own a medical spa. The software looked promising during the initial Zoom demos, but once we started using it daily, we experienced several major operational problems. Our biggest issue is client communication. Clients can reply to automated appointment reminder texts, but those messages are not reliably delivered unless someone is actively logged into the desktop dashboard. They are not properly accessible through the mobile app. This caused us to miss an important cancellation message for a $2,500 appointment on Easter Sunday, which resulted in unnecessary scheduling issues and lost family time. The mobile app is also extremely limited. There is no functional POS system for checking out clients directly from a phone, which is frustrating for businesses like ours that operate without a front desk. We also found the scheduling system, HIPAA forms, and medical intake workflows poorly designed for TRT, peptide, and wellness practices. Lastly, don’t accept the first price quote. We were initially quoted $400/month, but after negotiating, it dropped to $275/month. I’ll update this review after speaking with management tomorrow.

"Love this system!"

**Overall:** Honestly love it so much. I like that when I have questions, there’s a video catalog I can go to for help.

**Pros:** Super easy to use overall and makes a lot of sense. You can do so much on it. Scheduling and managing appointments is clean and easy.

**Cons:** More features. I’ve also noticed that when a service provider updates prices, prices for pre booked appointments do not update.
