I hate technology but LOVE Blvd. I do consistently recommend this to practices and will continue to- far superior to any program available.

Pros

There is no single "perfect" platform, but BLVD is as close as it gets! Marketing, POS, online scheduling, patient communications, reports, and immediate access to customer support (real people!). The efficiency and simplicity of this user-friendly platform is truly worth it's weight in gold. BLVD also listens to their customers - open to improvements and making constant upgrades to their program.

Cons

There are 2 things I'd like to see: The automated text for review to stop after the patient leaves one. And I'd love for them to manage phones (as well as text)!

### "We love Boulevard! "

Our experience with Boulevard has been amazing from the start. They had a team help us import all of our data and appointments from our old booking software which was very helpful, and it’s been smooth sailing ever since we started using it. It’s made managing our appointments so much easier, and our clients love it too!

Pros

Switching to boulevard was the best decision we’ve made for our business! The UX is intuitive and seamless, managing and booking appointments is so easy, and the support staff is incredibly helpful! It is also great to have payment processing integrated into our booking system. We love the texting feature as well.

Cons

We honestly don’t have any real cons, we have been extremely happy with it since we switched over and have no complaints! They are happy to take requests on new features you’d like to see added which is nice.

### "It has potential but it isn't there yet"

So far it has been a struggle to get basic things done. They told me that the transition from A/R to their platform would be fairly flawless, yet I have had multiple issues and still trying to resolve them after a couple of months. The app has potential but if they don't listen to their users and make adjustments that are vital in a business then they won't ever get to 5 stars.

Pros

The look and functionality is better that A/R where I was. Most of it makes more sense as far as location of things within the platform

Cons

Inventory tracking is not the best for clinics that use medications like GLP-1s. You can't input quantities in decimals so there really is no way to keep up with inventory levels. I tried work around like adding 2 zeros to quantities and then I learn that the app has quantity restrictions where I can't input bigger numbers. Also, support could be better. For things that should take a few minutes to resolve you have to spend long periods of time just to get them to resolve something that should have taken a minute with a quick adjustment. I am an IT person myself with the military so I am more aware of these things. They should add a phone number that people can call for faster interactions.

Boulevard is definitely a highly recommended business platform and I would recommend it to nearly everyone looking into getting a great user-friendly, customer supported, all-in-one platform for their business!

Pros

Boulevard has been a wonderful online platform for our medical aesthetics company! It is user friendly, the features it offers are exceptional compared to many other platforms, the appointment scheduling & management has been so easy, payment processing is easy, and the customer services has been exceptional at communicating with us when needed!

Cons

Boulevard has just a few minor cons about it, there isn't a way to communicate between other staff members as other platforms allow, and certain discounts and memberships that we would like to have aren't available (at this time), but they can be put in the "suggestions" cue and might be available for use one day if enough customers are in agreeance on certain needs/wants!

great overall experience with system, form building, organization, team management and flexibility. Reports are bad.

Pros

Overall the product is great! There are very few outages, it is easy to use, and they have a very responsive customer service team.

Cons

The reports are so very very bad. please look at Square Report structure and fix your reporting. Or have a CPA or Bookkeeper give you advice on what business owners really need on the reports.

Easy and breezy, Boulevard has been a great tool for modernizing our business. I like the help chat feature and love that they often update and make changes throughout the year

Pros

Boulevard shines beyond other services because of its sleek design and modern menu that makes finding most things a breeze

Cons

The biggest struggles are reporting - it’s too difficult to find kpis and is time consuming to switch between locations etc. - and the lack of added features like advanced marketing options or AI integration… other issues are so minimal not even worth mentioning

Great experience so far! I’ve worked with boulevard for 2 different practices and both were pretty seamless. The support staff is great and the communication turn around time is efficient.

Pros

It is a very easy system to use and the chat is helpful as well. I really liked the academy trainings and the links to trainings included also.

Cons

There is no easy option to quickly check a price for a guest. It seems like a multi step process to look at pricing.

Overall experience with Boulevard has been fantastic. Customer service is great. Our liaison is always very helpful in getting things answered. The software has really made our clients happy and in turn, made us a thriving business. Just wish on the back end, they'd hurry up with updates :)

Pros

I like most that Boulevard keeps the client in mind with their software. It's extremely easy to book as a client which has in turn landed us way more conversions than ever before.

Cons

What I like least is the speed of updates and requests. Boulevard could be so much more for so many people, our business included, but it falls flat on the updates. It seems like it takes months to just get one update and it's just not useful or will be something minor. They have an amazing user face for the client, just need to help us businesses that are looking for more. We are willing to wait a bit for these updates, but at some point they may cause us to look elsewhere.

From the sales department to onboarding and on going support they have been amazing. I am so happy we switched just wish we did it sooner.

Pros

I love the ease of online scheduling, the modern look and feel of the system, tracking prepaid services, memberships, and the detailed reports. We love being able to market to our patients using the same system as well. This system covers it all!

Cons

Charting needs to be more detailed when trying to mark up the face images and I would love to have a grid system for patient photos.

Overall I like it. 8/10. Better than my old system for sure. Would still recommend. I did try to refer a friend but she was turned down because she was told her business was too small.

Pros

Ease of scheduling is great. Online scheduling and memberships have been a game changer for us. Notifications are very accurate and timely.

Cons

Reports. I have a hard time finding specific reports at times. But overall I still like Boulevard. Sometimes I have issues but I can usually resolve them with chat.

I have had boulevard for 3 years. At first I was unsure if I made the right choice switching from Square. However, over the past few years Boulevard has improved so much and I am so impressed by how they really listen to what we want and need and are constantly making things easier and better. It really is geared for MedSpas which is super important!

Pros

It is very user friendly. There are a lot of different add ons like text marketing and email marketing that I love! They just introduced packages and memberships which is great!

Cons

It is difficult to refund people their booking deposit if they cancel their appointment. I wish it automatically refunded it to them when they cancel.

### "An Excellent Partnership "

I would have given BLVD a 4.5 if the scale had allowed. It has been an excellent experience and our multi-location salon group can be outside of the norm for many software providers.

Pros

The people are extremely helpful and want to feel like a true partner. Very timely resolutions to problems. Easy to get in touch with someone who can help. Onboarding 3 years ago was a pain (it always is) but our specialist was superb and made it much less so.

Cons

We are on the East Coast and they are on the West so sometimes our hours don’t line up.

Easiness for client booking, especially add-ons! It has helped our revenue increase substantially!

Cons

I don’t like that there’s not a better mobile checkout experience, sometimes we have to use square in a pinch because of that.

The personal touches. Clients being able put their pronouns in or requesting a quiet appointment. We also love all of the reports and marketing tools!

Pros

Super user friendly. Always updating to their system. The academy and help chat are excellent for learning the system as well.

Could improve/add some features. Although BLVD is always working on adding updates, there is still a few key things that would be even more helpful.

Pros

Very user friendly on both sides and super easy to learn the system. They also are constantly making updates to the system to make things more user friendly.

Cons

There is not anything with Boulevard that comes to mind that I don't like and if there is every something less user friendly or something that doesn't make sense they always are making improvements.

Overall experience is good. I am able to reschedule appointments in the app. Very convenient for both the client and I. Seems secure, but unaware exactly about the security. There have not been any complains with customer support.

Pros

The most like is Appointment management within the Boulevard system. Payment processing has been good to us, no concerns at the moment.

Cons

I do not have a least comment regarding Boulevard at the moment. Email and texting is basic, but it works.

Boulevard is great. I like how they send me and email everytime I get paid. They show pending pay too before it comes out so I can make sure it’s correct.

Pros

Boulevard is user friendly and easy to use. We use it for payroll and I have enjoyed having it to reference my pay.

Cons

My least thing about boulevard is nothing. I have not had any specific issues. I have been satiated.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and work with. It’s smart booking that means boulevard will help you pick out the best times for appointments without trying.

Cons

I like everything about it. I have not run into any serious issues with boulevard or anything like that.

I feel like it has been a great experience, I don’t think I would be able to get used to any other booking system. I have used a few different systems and I think that boulevard has been the easiest to understand.

Pros

i love how user friendly it is, i feel like it would be easy for anyone to use it! especially if you are just joining a salon.

Cons

I do think that the mobile app could be a bit easier to navigate. There are a few glitches and it is just overall harder to get used to.

Easy to learn, fun to customize. After using very complicated systems this was super easy to learn.

Pros

It is user friendly, customizable and constantly evolving to fit the needs of clients. I’ve submitted requests that have been solved and it was so easy to teach and learn.

Cons

I genuinely do not have anything bad to say. Going back to Mindbody for another job was a headache.
