The customer service and thoughtfulness of the company come through. There were definitely industry people involved in this and I think that shines through!

Pros

The personal touches. Clients being able put their pronouns in or requesting a quiet appointment. We also love all of the reports and marketing tools!

Cons

The add ons don’t always move when ti adjust the appointments.

So far, after using it for 4 month now, I am very comfortable and confident when using Boulevard. At first I was confused but Academy courses helped me strive in my position and now I am able to train others.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is. It makes learning how to process payments, training, and security easier than most. The customer support Academy has helped me grow as an employee.

Cons

I dont have anything specific to dislike. Just like every new system you train on, it will take some time to adjust.

My overall experience with Boulevard has been positive. It manages the appointments, notifies me when my clients have arrived, and makes it easy to schedule them.

Pros

I enjoy using Boulevard because it is easy to navigate. Any problems that do occur the customer support team is there to assist.

Cons

I actually do not have any cons for boulevard. It is better than the last system we used at the business.

### "Couldn't work without it"

It's been an integral part of my salons business. The client facing portion is beautiful and easy to use and the back end reporting is comprehensive.

Pros

The streamlined interface works with clients of all levels of technical ability.

Cons

Minor bugs that haven't been addressed. I'd like to be able to remove the decimal option when clients are selecting tip quantities. Example- Clients often intent to leave an assistant $10 but end up leaving $0.10

Overall experience is good. I am able to reschedule appointments in the app. Very convenient for both the client and I. Seems secure, but unaware exactly about the security. There have not been any complains with customer support.

Pros

The most like is Appointment management within the Boulevard system. Payment processing has been good to us, no concerns at the moment.

Cons

I do not have a least comment regarding Boulevard at the moment. Email and texting is basic, but it works.

It has really helped streamline our business and booking process.

Pros

I love almost everything about boulevard. Appt scheduling, client profiles and the ability to text, the ease of use with the calendar and front desk tabs, reports and product management. All of it

Cons

I wish there was a notification sent to service providers when a client reschedules. I’d love to have a secure link a client can use to input their credit card info. I’d love to be able to invoice through the system. I wish pictures didn’t trash on messages after a certain amount of time. I’d love to be able to choose a default name when several clients share a phone number (mothers and daughters)

its great, but it definitely needs a bit of work. when you write a note about an appopintment, it stays on that persons account forever, which also can get confusing.

Pros

its easy to switch back and forth to and from location, however, i would prefer it to stay on the SAME DAY that you are trying to look at

Cons

the credits and packages are a mess and clients are frustrated that they are unsure as to what packages they have left....missing money

Pros

Very user friendly and love the marketing options to reach out to clients!

Cons

The differences between the app and desktop sight. Would love to be able to text clients from the app and see ALL appointments and client details from the app.

Pros

BLVD in my opinion is extremely client and staff friendly. Easy to navigate, great features and extremely great support when needed!

Cons

For management, the app is not useful. I like to access reports and whatnot but the app does not allow that

Help and support is available when I need it; they have thought of so many things in ways that other programs don't

Cons

Loyalty rewards aren't well developed -need to be able to offer tiers of gifts for points not dollar only; unable to use inventory for units of botox effeciently

Boulevard is great. I like how they send me and email everytime I get paid. They show pending pay too before it comes out so I can make sure it’s correct.

Pros

Boulevard is user friendly and easy to use. We use it for payroll and I have enjoyed having it to reference my pay.

Cons

My least thing about boulevard is nothing. I have not had any specific issues. I have been satiated.

BLVD has been great to work with. The system is easy, and the academy is very helpful when hiring new staff and having them learn the system.

Pros

Super user friendly. Always updating to their system. The academy and help chat are excellent for learning the system as well.

Cons

Could improve/add some features. Although BLVD is always working on adding updates, there is still a few key things that would be even more helpful.

Positive, every time I engage with a team member from Boulevard they are patient, professional & extremely helpful.

Pros

How user friendly it is. Remote access to the system. Message system. The list goes on & on...

Cons

The fact that you cannot turn reports into PDF's like you can when using summaries. Therefore, I never want to see the summary option removed from the system.

I feel like it has been a great experience, I don’t think I would be able to get used to any other booking system. I have used a few different systems and I think that boulevard has been the easiest to understand.

Pros

i love how user friendly it is, i feel like it would be easy for anyone to use it! especially if you are just joining a salon.

Cons

I do think that the mobile app could be a bit easier to navigate. There are a few glitches and it is just overall harder to get used to.
