there are technical issues that need to be worked out that are causing frustration form staff and clients payment processor is also a down side integrations for internal marketing could be improved and create a SIGNIFICANT amount of value

it seemed to be the best fit also trusted by some other brands i have worked with, every platform has down sides, if i would have known then what i know now i would have asked more detailed questions to all the platforms i was interviewing to make sure blvd was the best fit

I have been delighted from the first moment, it has been very easy for me to familiarize myself with all the functions and tools that it offers me.

Pros

It's great it allows me to manage everything from scheduling appointments to the point of sale, very efficiently and without complications.

Cons

Well sometimes it has been a bit slow or not very responsive in solving my problems but there is always room for improvement.

Never thought I could love software!

Pros

Boulevard is incredible. Everything is so easy to use. The functionality saves so much time and my staff actually love it.

Cons

Really wish I found Boulevard sooner. Not sure how I didnt know they existed!

easy to chart and schedule patients; doing good marketing reports and overall this system alloy us to have monthly revenue report

I would appreciate if this system alloy a provider to upload a face image and mark area where injections were done, it will cut my charting on paper

Overall, the company is very happy with Boulevard. We have evidence that the platform will only continue to improve as it takes into consideration customer suggestions. It is evolving beautifully.

Pros

This has been the best booking system/P.O.S. that I have used industry-wide. Features are highly customizable and only getting better. The interface is more intuitive than others and easier on the eyes. Client-tracking is useful and loyalty program is very exciting.

Cons

The app isn’t as developed as the website— I wish we could check clients out on the phone app and that the message center was available through the app. Certain functions are only available on the web browser which can be clunky.

Pros

BLVD is a great booking system for so many reasons. First and most importantly their team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Their help chat is perhaps the best on any platform that I use. Our rep is also always there to help us by answering questions or taking product requests. The platform is also pretty user-friendly and intuitive. BLVD is actively working on improvements + developments, so I look forward to seeing where they go next.

Cons

There are certain functionalities that are frustrating to our employees + our clients. For example the booking flow can feel stiff, and we are still not set up to have our clients have client profiles that they can log into and view their data in. On the internal side, sometimes there are processes that we have to do manually that I wish could be automated - pulling certain reports for example.

So easy to use! The flow and consistency of scheduling, checking in, checking out, and rescheduling is so refreshing.

Cons

I wish we could clock in and out on the app. Overall, I feel like the app could have some updates but if that’s the worst part, I’ll take it!

Cons

The way the calendar is set up is kind of annoying. Instead of scrolling thru weeks, I would rather be able to click a drop down menu and click the month and day.

I have participated in live online classes as well as used their tutorials and that has helped and answered many of my questions and has helped me get more from Boulevard!

Pros

It has allowed greater flexibility and access to my schedule from anywhere! I prefer the mobile application, but the desktop is more comprehensive and very easy to navigate.

Cons

I wish making recurring appointments was an option on the mobile application and a easier on the desktop.

Pros

Boulevard is by far the best when it comes to scheduling. It puts our Stylists schedules first and ensures that we are utilizing our staff appropriately and to best fill our books!

Cons

It does not send a text requesting a review after an appointment only an email.

Pros

I love how simple and user-friendly Boulevard is. Training our employees to use this platform (which was done remotely during COVID), was as easy as could be. Everything is so intuitive and if there's ever something we have a question about, the Boulevard team is so responsive and helpful. Boulevard is a true asset for our team!

Cons

A downside with any relatively new company or software is that some of it is still in development and there are features we'd like that do not yet exist. However, the Boulevard team is very responsive to our requests and works to make them a reality!

Pretty user friendly and has an option for everything you could possibly need

Cons

Sometimes the calendar glitches and you lose your spot. If you type a message to someone and leave the page, you lose everything you typed which is aggravating sometimes if you have typed a lot.
