I have access to a platform that I understand that delivers the results we need. Pros The thing I love about Platformly, is the people who support the software. The software is amazing, but what makes it even better, is having access to real people that make understanding the platform easy. Cons As a software geek, I love everything to be optimized, so it would be easy for me to find a dozen things to improve. That said, I have experienced only a few buggy things over the years, all of which were addressed within a day of reporting them. But overall if Im being honest I made tons of money using the platform and I think its right around the corner from being a market leader. Pros I like the features and complex Automations that are available on the platform, webhooks and integrations are real easy to implement. I used Amazon SES with this software and it hit the inbox every time. Th dashboards are real nice! Cons The same things I like are some of the things I don't like. They have really put a lot of effort into this tool. It's really powerful and I'm only really scratching the surface. I can see it covering most of my needs as my business grows. Pros I can manage my whole business with Platfromly. From email automation, sending SMS, seeing sales stats directly from Stripe and more. It also has tracking links which are useful to see how often a link has been clicked. This is especially useful to get external data outside of what any tool (like Facebook) will tell you - so you can compare what has actually happened. They also have webhooks, so it's easy to connect other tools and send data into Platformly. Cons Some elements need more explanations. Although they have improved with video tutorials, they need to go into more details for some areas - like how to use the funnels feature, and how to use Events. Also, why to use split tracking etc... Pros It has a lot of features that allowed me to replace the tasks I was doing using several different software systems. It's much easier to have everything in one place for all my companies. Cons Some areas can have a steep learning curve. I wish there was a more robust knowledge base. I figured out a lot through trial and error, but there were some things that I had confusion on since there wasn't enough information available on what I should expect. However, the knowledge base does a good job of explaining HOW to do things. Cons 1 - it would be cool if it had a chat feature that connected to it as Gist does. 2 - The UI could be a bit slicker, but it doesn't affect productivity or functionality, just an opinion. Pros So far I've found the App perfect to my needs and great value. The support in my experience has been great. The best thing is the open and delivery rates, and they are very careful about keeping it so. The best thing, in my opinion, is the simplicity provided. I really love the simple automation follow up feature. No more have to deal with complicated automation for simple email marketing sequences, but hey provided both options: Simple or sophisticated automation. Cons I still don't like some parts of the UI, which has fonts too small for users who don't have good eyesight, like me. The dashboard showcases real time data in overview format of what is happening to business. This helps in extracting the exact needful strategies to implement with timely data with right drill down capability. • Email marketing - One of the biggest plus point of the tool is that it can deliver right email to the right person at the right time. Using platformly’s visual email builder one can send ideal responsive campaign driven emails and broadcast it as well. The tool is said to have best delivery rates. • CRM- the CRM by platformly is a hub point where in one location a business can manage and strengthen their customer relationships. A business can see through the overview all contacts and can choose any contact to see the detail history and associations with them. The data in CRM is automatically update don real time basis.
