Pros: It's user friendly and it has most of the basic features that a marketing team will need when starting doing inbound marketing (they have Landing Page builders, smart forms, e-mail marketing automation tools), that is super easy to set up.
Cons: RD sales team makes the buying process super bureaucratic. In our case, the negotiations only went forward when we brought our CEO into the talks. Otherwise, the sales team would not give us priority on it's workflow.
