As someone who over 12 years has specialized in providing data analytics to political campaigns, Qomon is one of the best systems I have used where it does not feel like multiple parts were crammed into one system, but rather it all feels organic and natural. I also really appreciate how responsive the team is to our needs and any questions they may have. Most importantly as a consultant, all my clients are overjoyed with Qomon.

Pros

I like how easy it was to use and train volunteers on how to use Qomon right out of the box. Within 24 hours we were able to go from selecting Qomon, to upload our voter list, to door knocking with 50+ volunteers using the door knocking app built into Qomon. The visual display of analytics and statistics makes it easy for the team to know how we are performing.

Cons

The search function is great, but feel like it can be a little more fleshed out. Would love a multistep function that at each steps allows us to either add, remove, or narrow.

We managed a very quick basic setup in less than a week. Core features are working well, for canvassing, calling, data import and export. A campaign manager who knows what is needed will do well. Still adding integrations.

Cons

No particular blocking issue so far. Automatic actions and workflows are not very clear yet.

Our experience with Qomon was amazing. The app was critical to our campaign and I can't say enough good things about the customer support for questions and assistance. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] in particular was amazing.

\-importing/exporting is seem less-the app works great and is easy to train volunteers-the customer support is unlike anything I have ever seen

Cons

\-Addresses with "doors" or "apartments" should be sorted by door address instead of Alphabetical by name-The ability to mark an entire household not home would save time during a canvass.

Overall I am happy, so far nothing has been so crazy that with a little creativity we couldnt find a solution for. The biggest seller for us was the action hub and the mobile app so we can help our engaged community keep on top of everything that is happening in one place. It also provides a safe place where we can coordinate without feeling like we are perpetuating a system that is actively causing harm.

Pros

What I love the most about Qomon is the ease of use and the customer support. I have had a great experience with everyone so far. I also love that this is a system built by a progressive company for progressives.

Cons

The only things I would change would be the ability to turn on a "no duplicate email" for contacts. There are some nuance things you need to learn and think through so you can minimize duplicate entries, especially if you are a smaller org that has limited funds and on a lower tier plan with limited seats for contacts.

Reason for choosing Qomon

We do have this product through the state as we are a PAC. However the issue there is that tool can be daunting to learn and train people on. When you are dealing with volunteers it has to be easy. They are giving you their time for free. Qomon makes it easy for us to manage our engaged users to coordinate the entire county and what is going on.

We were utilizing Constant Contact's Digital Marketing Platform and for its purpose of sending out emails it did well, however as needs changed so did our use case. Unfortunately Constant Contact's specific product no longer met our needs and they had recently pushed an update to all plans which stripped away features we previously had (automation) putting them behind a paywall.

10/10 product, I don't have anything bad to say, great product, super friendly and very effective response team.

Pros

Great and complete product, with so many features and cheap. phonebanking, volunteering organising, communication tools, forms, etc. And the entire platform is extremely user friendly.

Cons

I have used Qomon many times over the last few years, and I used to have few things that I thought could be better. But over the last 18 months, they have fixed everything, and it has now become a very good product.

We found it a helpful app to use for our local political campaign, covering the bases of door to door knocking, emailing, and SMS.

Pros

Responsive tech support. They always got back to us quickly when we had questions and were willing to meet to go over various steps for tools we weren't sure how to use.

Cons

Sometimes the door to door app didn't work. When we would enter new info on a contact, at times it would create ghost entries instead of update existing entries.

Nous utilisons Qomon depuis plus d'un an et ce logiciel est devenu un outil indispensable à la gestion de nos campagnes électorales. L'application mobile est très simple d'utilisation et très utile pour "rentrer du contact qualifié" et gérer des actions (phoning, terrain . . .). S'ajoute à cela un service technique disponible et de qualité.

La richesse des fonctionnalités proposées, utilisation intuitive et nouveautés régulières.

Cons

Logiciel français réellement adapté aux enjeux électoraux en phase conquête, mobilisation, analyse cartographique et sur le long terme. L’application dans son ensemble est très complète, que ce soit sur l’analyse des données publiques, la cartographie, la gestion de base de donnée. L’app mobile est très facile de prise en main pour des néophytes, même un peu âgés ou peu à l’aise avec les smartphone. Il y a une API disponible pour intercaler zapier et à peu près tout ce qui existe. L’équipe est très compétente, ils sont nombreux, disponibles, à l’écoute. Le produit s’adapte facilement aux besoins nouveaux.

Cons

L’outil de dédoublonnage de la base de donnée, bien que déjà performant, doit encore être amélioré. Dans un usage poussé, avec plusieurs centaines de milliers de contact, il manque, selon moi, la possibilité de scinder la base de donnée selon différents niveaux d’accès pour que des responsables locaux n’aient accès qu’aux données qui les concerne.
