The automatic update of timestamps and the the features to download data in different formats is very usefull. Cons Slow performance , although this might depend on the perfomance of the related customers server. Response times for this application range from between 0.3 and 0.8 seconds. This is faster in organisations with SSO enabled. We are working to improve responsiveness! However, in this instance we were working with a low powered virtual machine. Performance is also better in other browsers than IE (such as Firefox or Chrome).
