Creating a survey is self-explanatory. You don't have to spend a long time learning the ropes. The number of participants per survey in the basic version with 500 participants per survey was more than sufficient for our purposes. Cons Many features are only accessible by upgrading to the Basic version, such as the use of Captcha. It is annoying that you can remove Lamapoll's branding only from the platinum version. For us as a non-profit organization, the software was simply far too expensive in the long run.
