One of the main reasons we chose Bloom was because of it's integration with our website , online store and POS, which is really great and has helped to create a seamless flow of data from all our direct to consumer sales channels and a nice connection with our tasting room. Bloom designed and help build our website and online store which we are really happy with and they have offered continued support throughout the entire process. There are still a few things on our "wish list" for wine club specific items, but the Bloom team is always keen to hear our ideas and come up with solutions to help us find what we're looking for. Pros One of the main reasons we chose Bloom was because of it's integration with our website , online store and POS, which is really great and has helped to create a seamless flow of data from all our direct to consumer sales channels and a nice connection with our tasting room. The feature that I like the most is the email notifications that can be sent out directly to those members who have expired credit cards or missing payment details, it's such an easy way to request members to sign in and make update to their profile. I also really like the wine club feature where our members can add wines to their club order. We were really looking to make that component of our wine club easier for the user and this feature is exactly what we were looking for. Cons I find the fulfillment process of wine club lengthy, there is a bit too much back and forth from Bloom to Shopify during this process. Ideally, I would like to batch process payments, click to download a report of the successful payments, and click to print packing slips all on the same screen. I think this is something that will come with time and I'm looking forward to seeing how it will roll out.
