It’s reliable and the 'Instant VM Recovery' is a massive stress-reliever during outages, though it still feels like a work in progress when it comes to Microsoft 365 and deep API automation. It’s not perfect, but for on-prem virtualization and disaster recovery, it definitely gets the job done without overcomplicating things. Pros The best part is definitely the native, agentless support for multiple hypervisors like Proxmox and XCP-ng all in one console. It saves me from the headache of managing agents across different platforms, and the Instant VM Recovery actually works as advertised, I can get a failed VM back online directly from the backup storage in under two minutes when things go sideways. Cons The Microsoft 365 integration feels a bit half-baked compared to its solid on-prem performance, and it's annoying that physical server backups still require OS-level agents.
