I have created seating charts on my own in the past and it is a time-consuming process. MixerSeater allowed me to create multiple seating arrangements over a three-day weekend in minutes, freeing up hours of time for me to focus on other critical areas of the event while providing attendees maximum networking opportunities. Pros MixerSeater saved me so many hours of work when planning a weekend networking retreat for over 100 C-level women. Post-retreat surveys provided excellent feedback regarding how well the seating was arranged allowing attendees to maximize their opportunities for connection. Pros The ease of shuffling tables. If I didn't like how it mixed the first time I could remix the tables multiple times. Cons I wish there was a way to get less duplicates for everyone if you do table style mixers.
