I was so excited to get a better solution for my problem and i ended up having more issues and becoming unreliable business because my booking became unreliable. Pros The Idea of it working, sounded great. But it never worked correctly. It had bugs since day one, not doing it again. Cons Comlex to set rooms for use and rental, there help is slow, very slow, its always bugged customers couldnt book at all the free times, if the picked 1 hr they would only be shown on hour slots instead of all the free slots so the customer couldnt book 11:30-12:30 only 11-12. in 10 months i think i had 2 months were people didnt claim they couldnt book. Expensive, too many moving parts, needs a lot of polishing. It’s a powerful and reliable booking system that works well for day-to-day business use. Once set up correctly, it runs smoothly, saves time, and makes managing bookings and payments much easier. The support team was helpful when needed, and the Business features add real value. Pros What I like most about Bookly is how powerful and flexible the system is once it’s set up properly. It handles online bookings, payments, calendar sync and client communication in one place, which saves a lot of time day to day. She was persistent and helpful and went above and beyond anything I had hoped for or expected. Pros There is hardly anything I like with Bookly. Cons Constantly down for "scheduled maintenance". Regularly deletes the things I post which includes entire customer profiles and bookings. BOOKLY fonctionne globalement bien pour le back-end malgré quelques limitations. Mais il est clairement en retrait sur le front-end. AMELIA, c'est exactement le contraire. Résultat: il faut bien comprendre ce qui est le plus important pour son business et accepter des trade-offs potentiellement importants entre back et front. Pros Facilité d'utilisation du back-end par le manager (une fois que le produit est installé) et qui correspond à la réalité du business en termes d'ergonomie et de fonctionnalité.Expérience utilisateur correcte (sans plus) lors de la réservation à travers la booking form. Cons Du plus grave au moins grave:- la gestion des ressources dans le front-end est catastrophique. L'add-on collaborative services ne fonctionne pas avec la majorité des autres add-ons à valeur ajoutée tels que compound services, etc. Résultat: soit il faut accepter de ne pas offrir des fonctionnalités de réservation avancées aux clients (comme promis par BOOKLY), soit faire une croix sur la gestion des ressources--avec tous les risques de surbooking et les conséquences de devoir gérer manuellement les ressources à chaque réservation.- la gestion des ressources dans le back-end est catastrophique aussi: il faut littéralement bricoler l'agencement des services pour arriver à gérer correctement les réservations. J'offre une trentaine de services client-facing et cela m'a conduit à devoir déclarer plus de 150 positions dans le back-end. Il faut réserver séparément les ressources et les services depuis le back-end lors d’une même réservations.- Le nombre de bugs lorsque l’on utilise plusieurs add-ons ensemble est vraiment impressionnant. La combination cart+collaborative produit des résultats hallucinants: double-booking de personnes, de resources, etc.- Le front-end pour présenter les services ne permet quasiment aucun paramétrage. Il est moche au point que j’ai préféré recréer manuellement tous mes services en leur ajoutant un pointeur sur la réservation finale.
