lots of extra 'stuff' that is not needed which makes it cluttered hard to post videos or larger files such as a power point

So far we have been using it for a month and all my staff have said nothing but great things!!!

Pros

I loved that daily connect is so user friendly for my staff of all age ranges. It is also very user friendly for people who might not be so tech savvy. I also really enjoy that you can customize the icons for each specific classroom.

Cons

There isn't really anything I dislike at this moment.

Very Good. This center is the first time I have used Daily Connect; I wish that more places knew how awesome it is.

Pros

To be able to communicate with our families, sending pictures, and watching kids grow.

Cons

Sometimes it is glitchy. It has some delays and some parents don't get the updates in a timely manner.

Pros

I get notifications about my kids and how the day is going along with how much they eat and are changed.

Cons

It’s hard to rely on receiving notifications. I don’t always see what I need to come through and I wish the messages or documents shared were easier to get to.

Pros

Being able to see what my child is doing throughout the day.

Cons

Navigating the app is a little clunky and getting back to the main screen sometimes is difficult.

the customer service. I asked to change specific verbiage for my company and they did so without a problem.

Cons

there isn't a lot that i did not like about it. I do know some stuff does not pertain to me.

it’s a great platform and I enjoy using it to keep updated on the children in my classroom. And have quick access to contacting parents.

Pros

Real time notifications, the dashboard is easy to use which makes sending notifications quick and includes all the features we need as a teacher

Cons

As a parent and a teacher it is difficult to switch between classrooms and I do not get notification from my child’s class when I am signed in as a teacher for my classroom

Helpful, streamlined, and supportive! The staff behind DC are very knowledgable and kind.

Pros

Its organization and processes for attendance are incredibly helpful for my day to day work. It allows me to feel safe in knowing which children I have on campus and the ability to easily track them.

Cons

I wish there were more options for attendance view, for example, if there were a way to pull up individual students attendance and process an excel/pdf of that on my end. Additionally, and easier way to edit the sign in/sign out times from the attendance report section would be helpful.

Overall im so satisfied with the app I paid the annual subscription ang received a discount. Im looking forward to get the sign in/out feature for the state attendance requirement.

Pros

I like that make my life easier as a provider we are always busy and i like do keep parents inform of the children day and this is a vey easy way to do it.

Cons

I dont like that if by mistake a delete something I can undo it.
