The support team are always prompt to answer questions and help with issues. Using this app had truely been a life saver for my journey as an Educator. It’s so easy to just tap the app, write a few words, snap a picture and save it. Knowing the parents will be updated and everything is right there if I need to view it later Pros As an early childhood Educator I have found daily connect useful to track each child’s journey. Parents love being able to view and stay updated what’s happening in the ‘now’ meals, sleeps, toilet, medical, pictures etc. It’s helpful that both parties can enter information. Cons There isn’t anything that I don’t like about the current software as such, but would be great with a few additional extras such as being able to have video’s. Review Source AT Angela T. Pros The interface is pretty self explanatory. Cons I forget to complete it. If I forget to login my son's drop off and go to log in pick up, it will register as drop off, even though he's clearly been at the school all day (notes about eating snack, using toilet, napping, etc). Seems like an easy-ish fix. Pros Daily connect has a variety of categories to choose from. I no longer have to write reports for children every day on paper. The daily app saves time and also the parents love being able to see what their child is doing immediately. The pictures help parents know their child is safe and comfortable at my home. Daily Connect allows me to do that. Pros I love that I can stay up to date on how my kids are doing. It is awesome to get photos, messages, feeding and bathroom updates all in the same place. I also like the charts functionality where I can compare how much my baby drinks on any given day and also I can see how long the kids are spending at school/daycare. Cons This software could benefit from a redesign both from an aesthetic and usability standpoint. The aesthetic feels a bit dated and I sometimes struggle with navigation. Review Source KH Kendra H. It keeps you updated so you are not constantly stressing out about what is happening while you are away from your precious child. It is also great for the daycare providers because it allows them to reach out to the parents when they need to. Cons May not be a best fit from parents or providers who are not tech savy. Pros I love that there is an option to enter more than one child at a time. It is a true time saver! I would be lost without that function. Thank you for making my daily life that much easier. Cons The only con that I would say is that it is geared toward really young children. May 31, 2022 5.0 Pros As a caregiver this software makes it incredibly easy to notify parents about their child's day. Weather that be uploading pictures, comments on their day, or even notifying parents about bringing in sunblock, snacks diapers, etc. for the next day. It is a perfect way to write it in the app and notify parents immedietly, rather than maybe forgetting to ask once you drop the kids off to their parents. Cons If I were to have any "con" about this app it would have to be when some parents don't use it and instead we have to resort to calling or emailing them to get their attention over a matter. It makes drop off and pick up take very little time because everything is in the app. Pros Ease of use and customer service are big plusses with this app. It's very user friendly, and constantly being made better - adding new great features!
