I absolutely love Daily Connect. It makes my life much easier!

Pros

I love that my clients can now sign in and out electronically. I also love that the parents get a live feed of their child's day as well as receive an emailed summary.

Cons

That the sign in/out time can be modified after signing in.

Live feed on how our son's day is going. Teachers are able to message us directly and we can respond to them right away. They can even share pictures.

Cons

Nothing bad to report. Just a good experience.

Pros

I love being able to get notifications about what is going on with my children during the day while I am at work. Also I use it to check to see when my husband picks them up.

Cons

Currently having is issues with notifications. I am not getting them on my phone. I go into the app multi times a day and turn them back on and then they turn off. So to see what’s happening I have to go into the app instead of just seeing the notifications which I like better .

Cons

It does take time to use and while managing a class of special needs kiddos and their para can be tough.

Pros

EVERYTHING! As a teacher this is an amazing app to stay connected to my parents.

Cons

I wish we could send videos along with pictures!

Pros

I am a teacher and this program makes it so easy to communicate and update families throughout the day. Families love that they can get notifications through the app, and love the pictures that we send. When the end of the year comes and it is time for the children to move to the next classroom it is is so easy to transfer their account to the next classroom. It’s the best!

Cons

The only con to this program is that you are unable to send videos.

Daily Connect has been a wonderful way for us to get rid of daily tracking papers. Our parents are more engaged, and it makes schoolwide messaging a breeze! On the rare occasions that we have had technical trouble, our questions are answered and problems are resolved quickly. It is amazingly helpful and works nicely with our small business budget!

Pros

Daily Connect helps the teachers track the children's daily needs and activities. It also helps the parents feel connected throughout the day. They absolutely love that we can post pictures of their child.

Cons

Occasionally, we have trouble getting items to sync, or have to close the program to access a differnt program.

Pros

It is very easy to add kids, and keep in contact with their parents. It makes parents feel at ease when they can see everything.

Cons

I wish we could sign in/sort staff by room. I dont like having to sort through the names of all the staff in the center. It would be easier to only have two or three names to click back and forth with.

I have been using this app for almost 6 years and it’s so great to keep everyone on the same page. I’ve used it in a daycare and as a nanny. I’ve used the desktop website version, the iPhone app, and the iPad app. I tell everyone I know in childcare about this app!

Pros

I love the different ways organize & view entries and being able to look back at whatever date you need to!

Cons

Sometimes the notifications are delayed coming through but I’m not sure if that’s the app or my network

Pros

We enjoy most all features on this app and use it in 3 centers we have from Infant through Preschool. We are always discovering new things we can use it for and new tricks with in it. This is a great sources of communication with families and we love how long it keeps all the information and how we can chart things if we need to.

Cons

There are only a few features that are tricky but not dislikes by any means.

Pros

I love that I can have access on my desktop at work but also access via app. I am able to check in on my son during the day whether I am at my desk or in between meetings. The messaging function is great and I love the option for photos. It's so easy to download them right off the app and save them to my photo library on my phone!

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't sync as quickly on the app as it does on desktop.

I love the customer service. Anytime I am having any issues I usually get responses back very quickly and they get resolved quickly too.

Pros

The thing I like most about this software is the ease of use. My new staff have seemed to catch on very quickly and parents don't usually have too many questions on setting up on their side.

Cons

The thing I like least about this software is that we use kindles and they are the last to be updated.

Pros

We have contact with the parents at our fingertips. There is less of s need to get back to the room to make sure we didn’t miss anything.

Cons

When we have a notification (usually a message from a parent), we have to toggle through all of the children to figure out who needs our attention. It would be great if thee was an icon (number or image) on the child’s picture whose parent left the message.

### "Diaper to Nap time"

Pros

I love getting updates about my little baby’s feed time, diaper time, playful snaps etc. on a daily basis. This has come super handy as it helped me track her development. They could show the information in form of graphs and there have been times where it could be shared to your baby’s doctor. For example when she was constipated for a long time, the change of poopy diaper update helped my pediatrician.

Cons

I wish I had any bad reviews. I get updates from my child care and I am thankful that they use it.

Overall, we are very happy with Daily Connect. It’s user friendly, it is budget friendly, it offers many functions, and customer service has been great the hand full of times we needed to contact them. I highly recommend Daily Connect to existing and new upcoming centers!

Pros

Daily Connect was very user friendly. We were able to roll this program out to our families quickly and easily. Affordability was also important and Daily Connect was budget friendly and still offered so many functions we were looking for.

Cons

Initially we had some kinks with the mobile site but that was rectified rather quickly.

We have been using daily connect for over 5 years. It is one of the most popular things new families comment on when they join our school. Parents are use to using technology in their daily routines and felt that the "paper" reports were outdated!

Pros

The quick and efficient way to communicate with the parents.

Cons

Parents sometimes struggle with finding the code to join Daily connect. However, I often think it is due to email going to spam.

Daily Connect is a wonderful way to be able to keep record of the childs day. Parents love to see what their children are up to and that they are being well taken care of. I love how easy and simple this app is to use. The support team always gets back to me within hours if I seem to come across any questions I may have. I would recommend Daily Connect to all providers and teachers.

Cons

I love everything about Daily Connect. Sometimes during updates I have to log out then in again for the software to adjust to working right

Pros

It’s very easy to use and I love that I get updates about my kids all day. It’s a really easy way to keep them in mind throughout the day. It also makes it very easy to communicate with teachers. The teachers can also share pictures through the day and that’s really nice!

Cons

Nothing really to dislike. It’s easy to use on my web browser on my mobile device or on my laptop.

I love DailyConnect I’ve used it with 2 different daycares I’ve owned. My parents live it as well. I also love the feature that my parents have pinckdes to sign in and out everyday on my computer and it notifies me when a parent is picking up.

Love that I am able to communicate with my parents and they are able to see what their child is doing daily!

I love everything!! There isn’t anything I don’t like
