### "Great if you need multiple phone numbers"

It is easy to set up a basic telephone number and I liked that we were able to choose telephone numbers from many different geographical locations. We had no problems with their forwarding options either. The pricing is right too.

Pros

Extremely affordable. Allows you to purchase multiple numbers with ease

Cons

User interface design for more IT savvy individuals. It can seem a bit intimidating at first for the average lay person to navigate the interface. Plus that options that are geared for more complex set ups that would require a more extensive knowledge in the area of IT

From SMS recordings, to phone recordings, this tool is a must.

Pros

The platform is easy to pinpoint a message and why it was sent. The fact that the message is presented is an added plus, as other platforms for say email recording do not present such detail. Also, their support is superior.

Cons

The biggest pain-point is that the messages are in UTC time, and while that feature is understandable, it does create a few seconds of additional work in conversion.

Overall, I'm glad I use Twilio for text reminders. "No shows" caused empty slots on my calendar that could have been used by paying customers. I was losing money. With the text reminders, the "no shows" are almost nonexistent and I can now focus on other aspects of my business.

Pros

Before I started using Twilio, my customers were receiving email reminders about their upcoming appointments. More often than not, they didn't show up. Twilio syncs with my appointment calendar and sends reminders via text. Now the "no shows" are a very rare occurrence!

Cons

It was very hard to set up. I did figure it out, but it took me a little while. Admittedly, I'm not a programmer and have never tried to do anything like this on my own before. For others, this could be incredibly easy. I have a phone number that my reminder texts are sent from. This number has programmable voice capability, but the difficulty level (for me) has prevented me from trying to set it up.

The simple SDKs already built out for almost any language, and ability to build almost anything you want/need!

Cons

It's a little intimidating at first. Lots of setup behind the scenes. However, once it's set up, it's a very solid product!

it has been a good experience there tech support is super when it comes to helping with integration

Pros

best thing about this software is that how easily it can be integrated with any third party application . We are inventory management software and order management software and we have added twilio for our customers to send sms to end clients . We never get any error no bounce issues and it works effortlessly

Cons

nothing as of now but customers tell that burst sms is cheaper in comparison to twilio apart from this nothing bad

Pros

Looking for a toll free number or thinking of VOIP for your audience across the globe, then do not hesitate to use Twilio . It has a good list of phone numbers and availability of the number you look forward to across continents and the best thing is, it is easy to set-up without any dev. intervention . It has expanded just beyond that and even programmatically it lets you integrate and whitelist your tool beyond limits.

Cons

Is it second to none hence can;t find a drawback which other tools don't

Pros

Simulate phones for both and voice inbound and outbound. The user simulation for receiving and answering the calls is excellent and reliable. Easy to use and setup api for dynamic use.

Cons

There is no support for SMS from shortcodes.

Pros

We use Twilio for outbound calls and it has been amazing. We are able to set a price limit on outbound calls so our sales guys aren't racking up a huge bill by calling high priced per minute countries. They are also great at flagging/blocking suspecious calls.

Cons

I really can't think of anything. Everything I have experieced with Twilio has been positive and I like it.

Still stuck on a WhatsApp integration because facebook won't authorize a company's facebook page despite sharing the company legal forms/requirements. The whole process was smooth until we had to come to a stand still because of this. Would be great if some of this pain is either waived or taken care of since we had a paid Twilio number already.

Pros

Documentation is well presented with a very generous trial period and account. This offers ample build time and usability period to run proper production simulation before purchasing the commercial product.

Cons

Most of the requirements by Twilio are based on third parties' compliance and response. It would be great if Twilio took lead on some of these if possible, represent or sale this representation so that the client doesn't need to go back and forth to meet various third party requirements. One stop center for a complete solution!

I have enjoyed creating mass campaigns with Twilio as it is easy to send multiple messages at the same time thanks to the fields. However, a lot of these messages do not appear as sent. This can be because numbers are incorrect, but sometimes it happens with correct numbers too.

Pros

I like the possibility to have fields for name and surname, so that I can send multiple texts at the same time

Cons

More often than not texts are not sent, even to people whose number I am sure is correct. I am afraid messages coming from Twilio are automatically flagged as spam on receivers' phones.

Pros

This is a super easy to use tool to set up a virtual, multi channel contact center. Stop is a breeze, and the app is highly reliable.

Cons

The most difficult piece to set up was routing of multiple channels to the same agents. While this want super difficult of a concept, picking up the real life application of it in the to took a little time.
