would recommend for text management

Pros

Started using twilio for sending texts from code. Now it's a core part of mass notifications or marketing. It still has easy to use APIs.

Cons

It's gotten a bit expensive recently, but not a huge deal. It's also hard to test in dev mode.

1\. Setting up Twilio on live server provides you complete functionality of video call / conference calls. 2. Make one to one call for the client currently logged in on the site. 3. In conference call you can add all the users currently registered on your website. 4. Email automation is available with common link for sending to users for attending conference calls.

Cons

You need developer skills in order to integrate Twilio API on your website.

I am a new user of this software. Initially, it was difficult to learn, but after familiarizing with this software, it is so much easier and I like it very much. I use this mainly for make telephone calls and to send SMS messages.

Pros

The software is easy to use, the functions of the buttons are clear making the platform easy to use. It provides good resources to handle the most of the technical problems. The reliability of this is high, Quality of the call is good and has an efficient support service.

Cons

I still did not recognize many problems in this software. Only negative point is, it takes some time to deliver the message for some countries.

Cons

I would like to say that overall I love the Twilio product that I am using.

Pros

I liked the speed of Twilio when using it with chatbots. It is very fast and a user does not need to have a phone to use to publish chatbots

Cons

It is a bit on the expensive side. For smaller businesses that are still growing it may be difficult to use this as a business solution

We use it as an inexpensive solution for schedule reminders for our customers. We use it together with Google Calendar, Google Mail and Zapier and it works just fine. Standard solutions require a minimum of $30 up to $150 per month. This way we only pay less than a ct per SMS

Pros

It is very easy to integrate. We use it together with ZAPIER

Cons

There is not really a con. It is a powerful system but easy to admin.

Pros

If you need to do some kind of SMS integration in your app, you can't beat Twilio. It's undoubtedly the top of its class with the most available numbers, features, and the most complete API.

Cons

Older versions of the API could be a little confusing but I know they've worked on improving that. The system of purchasing/topping up a credit balance is a little annoying too, but not the end of the world with auto-top-up.

The team at Twilio is putting together world class architecture on new innovative tools every day. We are leveraging it to strengthen our position in the healthcare world designing innovative apps.

Cons

Some of the documentation is lacking and the descriptions are somewhat nebulous. SMS messaging context seems to be more from their point of view, instead of the user or company using it, which makes diagnosing issues extremely confusing.

Twilio works well. It always delivers when it should and the integration we use it with is pretty seamless. No real issues. It helps us reach contacts that are sometimes less responsive on other channels like email.

Pros

Twilio integrates nicely with our CRM (Hubspot) so our sales team can easily reach contacts via SMS.

Cons

Sometimes seeing the full conversation and knowing whether a number is personal or an office line can be tricky.

The integration with Hubspot and ease of use for our sales team was critical.

Twilio has streamlined our communications with our people. Now we are able to manage all communication from a single program rather than switching between multiple platforms.

Pros

There are 2 things that made this an easy decision for us. 1 - Our church management software was already designed to implement Twilio 2 - The pricing is less than we were paying for other solutions that we have used

Cons

I guess the only downside, and I don't think Twilio has any control over this, is that I'm having to pay for emergency (911) calling on the phone line even though we are only using this as a text number. This number is not connected to any phones to be able to dial out. It's a minor monthly charge, but I hate paying more than I have to.

Overall, my experience was good. It is the best option that we found as a texting platform.

Pros

Automation! It was easy to create automation texts. You can choose what replies to send based off incoming responses. The interface to create the flows is easy to use as well. No need for coding skills, it does it all for you. Easy to connect to our CRM. Fair pricing model for incoming and outgoing text messages.

Cons

The customer service was lacking a little bit. Being a first time user of the software, it was expected that I had a wider knowledge of the program than I did. Additionally, was expected to know how to do some complex coding to send text messages to email as this is not a feature that comes out of the box.

Good in the price range. Can specify according to geographies so that specific customer base can be targeted.

Pros

Good SMS and bulk marketing service. Can curate custom messages for mass marketing. They are cost effective.

Cons

Getting the logs is a bit difficult. The logs are not retained and it is not possible to ascertain whether they are viewed or being sent to spam box.

The overall experience was good but they need to concentrate on package size.

Pros

Perfect software for customer communication. They have lot of products in their services. I have used Programmable Video. I am developing online video consultation services so I need good software that works across all platforms. Integration was very easy. they have very clear documentation and functionalities of video calling.

Cons

Some times quality of video streaming is a bit low. Mainly it takes more space in the application. They should reduce the size.

Mi è piaciuto il portale, mi è piaciuto il fatto di avere delle api sempre disponibili

Cons

Non mi è piaciuto molto il fatto di non avere un sopporto in italiano, sarebbe stato motivo di scelta...che invece non ho fatto. Essendo la prima volta nell'utilizzo di un servizio del genere avrei preferito fosse anche in italiano.

I'm quite satisfied using Twilio as a programmable SMS, before using Twilio I've been using local platform and the performance is not good.

Pros

Twilio is a reliable platform for the programmable message, the have other feature but I only use to send SMS.

Cons

information for the error is minimum, so we can't get more information why the sms is not delivered. also the price is quite high to send 1 SMS

It's easy to set up and has high availability.

Cons

Some features was unavailable for the Italian numbers, this make me choose other services for some activities. I don't use daily the dashboard, but every time I go inside I have some difficulties on where to find specific features.

Not good as they were oblivious enough to suggest my client's who are cooperate companies should use US shortcode for their number. They are not even in the same continent.

Pros

Until we realized we've been mislead by our account executive we thought pricing model is good.

Cons

Account executives has no clue about Twilio's requirements. They give you the impression to think that it is possible but then you learn the truth when you ask support center. Me and my client's completely mislead by an account executive who wasted our 4 weeks. To get an accurate information you need to pay, upgrade your account, talk with support don't believe anything an account executive says They openly admit I should've talk with support center rather than them.

Pros

Twilio create a range of innovative products that allow you to communicate in a so many creative ways. The support from the development team is excellent

Cons

Occasionally, documentation will become outdated and isn't always easy to find. The packages for some languages will contain more bugs & may be slow to add functionality (such as C#) but the Twilio team always eventually fix any bugs & improve the libraries Beta products may rarely change and introduce breaking changes (as you would expect with a product still in development)

\- Integration is straight forward - SMS support functionality is superb - the dashboard provides an effective visual interface

Cons

The application is cloud based and thus requires a constant and stable connection to the internet which can be expensive and inconvenient
