The best part of the tool is it's always get updated with extraordinary functionality. I loved the fact that it also has social media in it and it also shouts for your birthday, service recognition, etc. Overall a good experience. Pros What I liked the most about the software is that it has all the features that an IT company would need to develop and test software. We can add our working schedule, test , interact with our fellow team members on shoution etc. Cons What I like the least is its user-friendliness.Leinion can be more user friendly. Even if we as a company have developed the software and we are only using it, still we can improve a lot on its user-friendliness.Like: 1. Testcasion can be simplified - Instead of writing test cases for each and every module, we can arrange all our test cases in a single sheet(as we do in google sheet - offline).In the present version, we have to write 1 test case then save then go for another page to write the test cases, which is in fact for the same module.If I will be writing like that, my time consumption will be more and if in case I have internet issues, then this thing of writing test cases for each step in a different page always loading, would be a nightmare for me.It will consume more data useage and kill our energy and time as well.So, if you can find an alternative solution to simplify writing test cases on Testcasion, more no.of testers will eagerly write test cases.For a new user like me, this is what issue I found using Testcasion and thing this should be simplified sooner.Every thing else is fine. 2. Timesheet - Timesheet page has been showing timeout issue,whenever I try to save the data at the end of the day.Previously it happened very less.But now,its frequently happening.Please solve this issue.Apart from it everything else is fine.
