la verdad es que todo muy bien, el servicio tanto de plataforma como de su personal ha sido excelente, siempre me resuelven y con el tema de la auditoria todo ha sido excelente.

Pros

La facilidad para poder tener un mejor control de los documentos y de auditorias ya que se puede dejar toda una trazabilidad adecuada.

Cons

existen unos módulos que se necesita de mucha información para que se pueda registrar y se pueda utilizar eficientemente

Excelente, la relación precio-funcionalidad de la plataforma es mejor que otros sistemas que anteriormente hemos utilizado en la organización estamos contentos con sus servicios digitales.

Pros

El control documental y el fácil acceso desde cualquier dispositivo que pueden tener los colaboradores a registros y otros documentos.

Cons

Que es muy limitado en cuanto al diseño de acciones correctivas y no conformidades las cuales no se ajustan del todo a otros estándares fuera de ISO 9001.

Es una herramienta muy fácil de utilizar y muy intuitiva para el usuario, como administrador de la herramienta el poder controlar el acceso y permiso de que puede hacer y visualizar cada usuario es lo mejor.

Cons

La limitante del tamaño de los documentos que se pueden subir y un poco la calidad de los documentos PDF.

Solo utilizamos dos módulos: La parte documental: muy bien, solo que estaría mejor que aumentaran la calidad del visor, a pesar de que se guarda en PDF si baja la resolucion Mantenimientos: de eso esta bien, solo la descarga de los reportes tarda por que descarga todo

La privacidad: puedo jugar con los accesos de los documentos creando perfiles. Seguimientos o reportes: en los módulos de control documental y mantenimientos, es fácil dar seguimiento a los pendientes

Cons

A veces no guarda buena calidad en las imágenes o tablas. Mantenimientos tarda mucho en descargar el Excel de los reportes.

Todo super bien y nos ha sido de gran utilidad para tener un mejor control de nuestros documentos .

Pros

\-Su facil manejo - El servicio de asesoramiento que nos brindan - El área de "Listas de deseos" en el road map

Cons

Que le hace falta sea adaptable a las empresas que lo contraten. Las encuestas que aparecen en la plataforma deberian de aparecer solo al administrador y no a todos los usuarios.

Muy recomendable nos ha ayudado mucho para el tema de la certificación de ISO 9001:2015 Una vez que los usuarios comienzan a utilizarlo es muy sencilla la curva de aprendizaje

Pros

La facilidad del uso la gestión de cada módulo y como se da el soporte necesario para el buen funcionamiento. Se han tomado en cuenta peticiones para realizar las modificaciones necesarias.

Cons

Algunas tareas son muy manuales. Por ejemplo al eliminar a un usuario se debe de realizar la asignación de cada documento de manera manual.

Me gusta como QW ayuda a que todo el control interno necesario para el Sistema de Gestión se puede tener centralizado

Cons

Algunas rutas de acceso requieren muchos links y en situaciones baja conexión (fuera de oficina) es complicado cada carga de paginas

Ha sido muy agradable, es una plataforma muy intuitiva y fácil de usar. Cada que he tenido dudas o alguna dificultad he recibido atención oportuna y clara.

Pros

Es una herramienta muy práctica que nos ayuda a tener nuestros documentos actualizados, disponibles y sobre todo controlados. Esto ha sido de gran ayuda tanto en nuestro día a día como en auditorías y evaluaciones.

Cons

En nuestro caso el control de registros no era compatible con nuestras necesidades, lo cual fue una lástima, pero no es un problema del programa, si no de la compatibilidad.

We are using it for the last 2 years and helps us to save time and cost, because we don´t need to print any document related with de quality system. In the ISO-9001 certifications process this software has received goods comments.

Pros

It can be consulted in all location, the only thing you need is a wifi connections. The documents administrations its also very easy, we did not need a specifics training to use it. In general the support to solve problems whit the software is excellent.

Cons

When we need to change the name of a person in charge of a process, the documents or reports do not keep the reference of the previous person name.
