Not sure that I would ever work with the underlying organization again, due to the experience of simply being shut out of understanding what was happening to a critically important service my business utilized. Pros It was easy to implement, use, and administer. The staff were very responsive up until early 2020. The only issue I had was not receiving my regular invoices to document my payments for the service. Cons The company went completely silent, rather than communicating with their customer base to help them understand what was going on. New capabilities stopped being developed and simply disappeared from the site with no explanation (e.g. the Shopify integration that I had been unable to make work during its beta release). Reasons for choosing ArtMoi It was focused on integrations with other systems, leveraging the abilities of other providers.
