Pros

It is more powerful than I thought. You can integrate it anywhere. Everything is customizable.

Cons

The tutorials are not easy to understand. It has a learning curve.

Pros

J'ai récemment commencé à utiliser IDETA et je suis impressionné par le chatbot très fiable basé sur l'IA et l'apprentissage automatique. Il était vraiment facile de former mon propre modèle de PNL et l'expérience personnalisée qu'il offre est incroyablement intuitive. Je suis ravi de voir comment je peux utiliser IDETA pour continuer à développer mes compétences en intelligence artificielle et en apprentissage automatique. C'est un excellent outil pour tous ceux qui cherchent à en savoir plus sur ces technologies.IDETA offre un énorme potentiel d'expansion à long terme grâce à sa capacité à s'intégrer à des outils de gestion d'intégration tiers bien connus (tels que Zapier) et vous pouvez même connecter votre propre API personnalisée.

Gutes Produkt mit hoffentlich langer Zukunft.

Pros

Die Gestltung der Chatbots und Webhooks ist einleuchtend und einfach gestaltet. Schön wären mehrere Gesprächs-Pfade, die so noch nicht vorgesehen sind

Cons

Die Lernkurve für neue Anwender ist noch etwas steil, aber das wird durch den kompetenten Support wettgemacht-

Pros

Best solution for anyone who needs chatbots. There is no need for software development knowledge and even if you have that knowledge, this product can help you save time with a ready and efficient solution. It is integrated with several services that allows you to add even more features.

Cons

I haven't seen any cons yet. So far everything has worked as expected.

Pros

We run multiple social media platforms with very high followers interaction via comments and DM. We answer them manually and never found solution, until we found Ideta. We're still in our early stage, definitely requires learning curve, but we're used to it and can already Ideta will pay off handsomely to our team productivity!

We will use it for : tchatbot on the website, automate the answers on social network and make an internal support for our collegues

Pros

This tool match perfectly with our needs. The first purpose for us is to integrate a tchat bot on our website to help customers.

Cons

The only thing (but it's normal) it's a little bit hard to understand all the features of the tool when we run it for the first time. But after a little learning (and there is a lot of ressources !) everything is running good !

I had a great experience using Ideta. Although easy to use, is full of features that I havent seen in other chatbots and I believe is really promising. For example the comments automation for Facebook. The more I know the software, the more I enjoy it.

Pros

The capabilities it has for implementing a chatbot on your website. Has sliders with images for your client to chose from, easy to use dialog and store of important data. Also has out of the box validation for email (really important in my opinion) and a "are your still there?" automatic dialog.

Cons

Some out of the box features that I need to work around to cover, like Google Ads integration and some specific entities store in NLP (Dialogflow specifically). Im confident that the development team is covering this sooner than later so Im looking forward to develop new projects with Ideta.

I choose Ideta for this specific project that wanted me to put a slider the user can choose from on the website chat. None of the other chatbots that I tried let me do that. Once I started using Ideta discovered how easy is to create new bots from scratch so thats why I offer it to my clients.

We never hoped that one day we could find something so good!

Pros

What we liked the most was the idea that it would allow us to develop an AI that could make multiple conversations for us.

Cons

Because the software includes so many features, it took us a while to figure out how to implement all of them. But the manual helped us a lot.
