We made the switch from Stamped primarily due to pricing differences. We're glad we did. Growave has a rich feature set, great customer support, and is easy to use.

Pros

Great customer support, very good pricing compared to alternatives, and a fairly rich feature set. Combining reviews, loyalty and wishlist in one app is helpful.

Cons

It does lack certain features that other platforms have (native full integration with Google for example) but makes up for it in other areas and with significantly more reasonable pricing.

Pros

The features are so easy to implement, and our customers already love them after two months of implementation. Any issue, the support team is outstanding and I know I can email on a sunday night, and recieve a response in a matter of hours. You are stars!! Thank you for everything :)

Cons

I haven't had too many issues with Growave, other than usual teething issues and learning the ropes! Best money we have invested as a company in our digital presence

From start to finish, they are amazing. The interface is easy to use, customisable to match your brand and support is second to none! I've spoken to many support agents, \[sensitive content hidden\] to name a few and they have all been friendly, professional and most helpful!

Pros

Their customer support is outstanding! From the onboarding to post-launch support, they have been ready to assist at a moments notice with any enquiries.

Excellent experience, any time I need help with something I get assisted immediately. It has reviews, wishlists and loyalty rewards all in one which is exactly what I needed.

Pros

Amazing support - they will respond to any request within an hour and often have it fixed just as quickly, they are friendly and helpful every time.

Cons

It's a little expensive (the price has doubled since I started using it) but considering the support they offer and the improvements they make overall it's worth it

Pros

Growave is amazing - our rep, \[sensitive content hidden\], is so responsive, and if it's off-hours, their chat feature is always available to connect with a customer service representative. The platform is easy to understand we were able to save so much money switching to Growave for loyalty, wishlist, and reviews.

Pros

With my sites design, we wanted to go with the cleanest possible mobile look. Anything with a pop up widget was out of the question. This left me with Loyalty Lion, or Growave for options in terms of a loyalty points app that can be embedded in its own dedicated page or menu. The app runs completely off site, and doesn't install any code. I had many design changes that needed to be done, including the color change of almost every bit of text and background in the program. I could have done this myself, if it had been on the Shopify side. However I was able to reached out to the team and they promptly made all of the required changes, pretty much the same day. They absolutely didn't have to do any of that, based on the low price the app. For a fraction of the price of the other major loyalty point apps, you get an awesome, rewards, reviews, wishlist, and social login app, all baked into one, for a very low monthly fee (based on order volume). For the price, the quality of the app and the team backing it are unbeatable. Highly recommended, and I will be a customer for life as our store grows. Thanks so much Growave!

Pros

The combination of 5 different apps into 1 is pretty incredible. SWIFF only uses 4 of these (rewards, referrals, instagram, and reviews), but we have found value in all 4. This let us integrate a few aspects of our business into 1, especially as referrals and word-of-mouth are valuable for our product. So being able to reward people for these things incentivizes everyone.

Cons

Some integration with shopify 2.0 needs customization, but the growave team is very quick to implement this (generally 12 h to 48 h)
