They listened to our business needs and offered a perfect solution for us. Every contact with everyone from sales to technical support has been a great expedience. Awesome customer service! Pros We needed a transactional email service hosted in the EU for our platform. We're using EmailLabs to send email to the users of our platform, not for marketing purposes, so we need maximum delivery rate. Having a dedicated IP means we are in control of our own reputation and do not risk getting downrated due to other customers using the same IP for marketing emails so this was one main reason why we picked Email labs. Cons Nothing really. Sometimes you click on something and somehow end up in a page in Polish which may be confusing when you only know English but it's easy to find your way back to the English version of the interface. Reason for choosing EmailLabs EmailLabs offered everything we needed, including non throttled email quotas per day. If you consider this provider you should have in mind that this product has certain boundaries within which it operates. There are certain scenarios where it will be the best option to choose EmailLabs but making a good decision requires good analysis. Pros 1\. Good analytics. 2. Simple web client. 3. We’ve been working with Email Labs for almost 4 years and their results have been and still are very satisfying. Their API, tools, agile support and long term partnership with many mailbox providers proves that Email Labs is a reliable business and technological partner. Pros Our main goal was to ensure Edrone's clients can fully utilize the app on the very first day of use. This is possible thanks to the integration of EmailLabs, before we had implemented their services, Edrone had been A/B testing many email sending platforms which hadn’t met up to our expectations. Cons There really is nothing we could complain about. Cons Generally speaking - it's hard to assess. We have been working with EmailLabs for almost 2 years, and during this time we have had no major problems.
