Pros

The functionality of the platform considers the user's needs and makes it easy to (1) communicate consistently with potential and current customers; (2) host webinars that engages participants (3) facilitates ease of use for customers to schedule, review and buys products (4) market through connecting with other social media platforms; (4) build community and (5) coach clients.

Cons

Platform is not intuitively easy to navigate for community member without assistance from owner.

Pros

This is an All in one portal for community building

Cons

my calendar was not syncing properly but Helpdesk Helped me.

### "Waste of time and money"

Extremely disappointed. It feels like they know that their system is flawed but they're selling it anyway.

Pros

The premise of the platform is spot on. Unfortunately, the delivery leaves much to be desired. They have a couple of really good staff members which is how they got me onboard. If the system and the tech support worked as well as their sales team, it would be golden. Unfortunately, there are numerous tech challenges which make the system largely unusable. There are also a variety of user experience issues that make it too difficult to onboard clients. To add insult to injury, when I finally lost patience and decided I had no choice but to cancel and find a solution that works, they refused to even refund me for the period of time remaining in my subscription. I'm tempted to sue them for damages after losing potential revenue from wasting time with a nonworking system. Buyer beware. I wish I had seen the other review on here. I would have run the other way. I make it a policy to NOT share bad reviews online. In this case, I feel like it is my responsibility to share in order to prevent others from falling into the same trap. If you do opt to give it a try, work it out good and do not purchase a long term contract until you're 100% sure it is going to actually work for you.

Cons

It didn't work as advertised. There were too many user interface issues. I never was able to smoothly onboard a client in the system despite several attempts. It made me appear inept to my clients. Not a good look....

They promoted a 6 week mentoring program that would have one of their staff personally onboard to promote success in the system. They also offered to whitelabel my system. The onboarding fell short of what was promised and the whitelabelling was never fully completed.

Hello Jannis, I'm very sorry you had a negative experience & will respond to 3 issues you raised via support. Apologies for brevity as there's a character limit. 1:Retrieving passwords for community members. Solution: You were shown "forgot password" link. Assessment: No bug. 2:Appointment-booking-confirmation button grayed out. Solution: "Reason for the booking" left blank. Assessment: No bug. 3:Signup button not working on landing page BETA. Solution: Raised 29-Jul > fixed 1-Aug. Assessment: BETA participants are informed of bug risk & have option to use standard product. Unfortunately, as you requested a refund July-30, 7 weeks after you signed up, you did not qualify. Also, as 1 & 2 weren't bugs, and 3 related to the BETA, these weren't grounds for a refund. In response, we now ensure BETA customers are reminded rigorously that switching back to standard version is an option when they encounter a bug. Please contact via the platform if you wish to discuss further.

I’ve had a great experience with expertise.tv. The owner and staff are accessible and helpful. I look forward to the evolution of this platform!

Pros

This platform is perfect for one to one coaching, distance learning, and webinars. The interactive capability distinguished it from its competitors. The unlimited audience size, and the monetization and promotion tools are wonderfully integrated in one package. We have only skimmed the surface of what we plan to do around building communities. While labeling makes it our own. The support team is superb and the tutorials are simple and comprehensive. Keep up the great work!

Cons

I wish the recording was optional in the Rolodex. It would be good to be able to practice webinars with recording optional too. Being able to use all devices and browsers to broadcast webinars would be a real bonus to our capabilities.

### "Nothing is too much trouble"

It's early days but it's very good it's what I have been looking for for a long time but it didn't exist. I am glad I took the leap and signed up, you won't regret it. The team is very friendly and helpful and prompt to reply and nothing is too much trouble.

Pros

INTEGRATION - there are no other platforms quite like it. I love the video chat feature and callander and the fact I can follow up with email my clients after with ease. I have sweated blood in the past on other online platforms trying to deal with tech issues that are not my area of genius at all and there has been no support. At expertise tv YOU can focus on YOUR expertise and can call on a helpful friendly tech expert to assist you either with a coach or in the chat box depending on your package.

Cons

It is pretty ugly! but hopefully the design will improve as the platform builds in popularity. It can be hard to find things because there are so many moving parts and you do have to invest time training . Screen share "how to" videos in each section would make a huge difference so hopefully they will come.

It was very well suited to my needs and ~I am excited by the future because I am finally getting off the tech treadmill and moving onto what I love which is working with clients. I can share files and the screen during sessions and guide clients to packages all in one place. So it makes the business side and the awful sales bit happen automatically and with ease- everything is a next obvious step.

As we offer an all-in-one platform of emails, landing pages, webinars, community area and video coaching tools, there can be a lot of information to take in at first. We are always working to make the platform as easy as possible to use, but do appreciate that it can take time when compared to a platform that offers a singular toolset. We do not offer integrations (apart from Zapier) as you are able to build a community, generate engagement and develop new client relationships without the need of any other software. We hope you will keep checking back on us regularly as our solution continues to evolve.

### "Poor customer service "

The customer service and support is horrible. My account manager was hard to reach a lot of times. When I tried to cancel they want to try and stop you which I understand but then instead of canceling your service they give a link to FAQ that doesn’t explain the process well. If you can’t figure it out I guess they just keep charging you. That’s what they did to me.

Pros

Did not really get a chance to use the product. I spent many hours on development and then stopped hearing from my account manager. I’m sure if I would have got the support needed I would have given the software a chance but I haven’t heard from my account manager in 6 months

Cons

The support is horrible. The customer service is also horrible. I use gohighlevel and I have an agency who helps me with the tech and makes the process so much easier.
