QuickHR is intuitive and easy to use, good support, and is SME-focused pricing.. However, not quite ready for customise reporting.

Pros

User-friendly & Quick to Set Up. The system is easy to use and setup and we did not need any additional training

Cons

Limited Advanced Reporting & Analytics.•Users wish for more custom report options, which is not available.

When finally someone did get back, they told me I would have to pay $150 per hour for you to sell me the new modules!!!

Pros

I am underwhelmed. I would like to use more features if I did not have to pay for the training.

Cons

It was so difficult to get intouch with someone from QuickHR. When I finally spoke to someone, \[sensitive content hidden\] , he promised someone would call me back. 1 week later no one did. I wanted to see the demo of some other functions.

Quick HR has limited the number of HR specialists we need,hence. saving cost. Other than that, this software has also drastically reduced the time we usually spend on tedious HR tasks. Overall,It has made our entire employee onboarding process and management smoother. It has also maximized our workers productivity and efficiency

Pros

(1) The biggest thing I love about this software is its payments automation. Because of it, paying our employees salaries is now faster, easier and accurate. (2) one other thing I love about this software is that, it is easy to use and setup. We did not need any additional training to learn how to use it.

Cons

So far, I've not found anything that I dislike strongly about this software. Although, I will recommend that they look into reducing their price.

Pros

All the fundamental features needed to set up small and medium enterprises are included. Simple and straightforward UI. Free updates are available, bringing new functionalities. The customer service crew is approachable and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Companies like MNCs are always talking about integration, but I think that's something that can be established gradually.

Cons

It is possible to add new functionality to reports. Programs for submitting requests for time off can now alert the HR administrator of recommendations covering a broader period.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with QuickHR. The software is easy to use and has been reliable. The customer service has been responsive and helpful.

Pros

The thing I liked most about QuickHR was the ability to have everything in one place. It was really easy to use and I was able to find everything I needed quickly.

Cons

I did not like that QuickHR was not user-friendly. It was difficult to navigate and I found it difficult to use.

The matter with IRAS and CPF. The softwares able to assist us to process easily for the preparation of the submission

The Hr and payroll. To prepare staff attendance and tracking very convenient and the preparation for payroll and integration with quickbook also.

Overall experience is good, very friendly, and supportive.

Pros

Overall the product is easy to use, speedy to set up, allows some flexibility compared to other software. Good customer service, the response from the team is within an acceptable time frame, and they always try their best to solve the issues. Willing to take extra miles to settle the problems.

Cons

A lot of room to improve in the payroll module. it's semi-auto
