Pros: New/Mode provides a wide variety of tools to help engage supporters in taking actions that will make a real policy difference. Whether it's emailing, calling, tweeting, writing letters to the editor, or many of the newer features with social media integration, these tools help provide many different channels to help reach supporters where they are at, and to also increase their participation in future actions. From a user perspective, taking online actions has never been easier. From an administrator perspective, setting up actions is intuitive and quick.

Cons: While I respect the need to continue innovation and stay ahead of the market, I would like more emphasis to be paid on core functionalities, as we've continued to have some CRM sync issues or Google analytics problems.

Overall: New/Mode is greatly attentive to their customers' needs, and is always open to working with them to find the solutions that they need, or add the features that they request. It's been an extremely enjoyable partnership.
