Pros: We have over 15 people who are agents and employees that through various times since November have tried multiple times to reach out to the vendor to get some info from them and discuss the software with them, but as of today not one message nor email has been responded too.

Cons: Other than support not communicating with anyone, we have found 3 forums where people have been trying to set up accounts, and ask the vendor questions but no one seems to want to respond to your questions, so why do they have messenger turned on and an email listed if they aren't going to communicate with people.
