We’ve had a pleasant integration experience with the suite right from the beginning. As a robust communication service, the solution offers user-friendly chat APIs & SDKs to aid the growing in-app needs of businesses regardless of the size and scale. I was also extremely impressed by their tech support right from the start. From finding the right tier fit to troubleshooting bugs, the engineering and customer service teams have been very receptive and helpful. Besides, these messaging implementations had also helped elevate our engagement opportunities in view of better revenue prospects. Hands down, it was one of the easiest decisions we’ve ever made for our business.
