I use it for group messages because you can include more than on an iphone imessage group message. Pros It is nice that you can use this on wifi and not require cell service. i like that you can access it on a laptop or tablet and not have to have a phone to use. it is nice to talk to my international friends. Cons Sometimes i think it glitches and messages don't deliver if there is an image or something involved. It is nice that it is free. My favourite feature is video call and group chat. There are some minor bugs also like if we send too many messages to someone in a short period of time whats may block. Overall it is reliable and convenient app for users. Pros I,m using this app about 6 years. Its east to use and mind blowing for any type of chat or bussiness. you can share your feeling to your friends and relative. You can share photo and video easily.voice and video call is awesome feature.you can share your idea in group chat feature also. Cons Whats app is not only good but also some problems like customer support is very slow. Group chat can become noisy. It can use a lot of more storage.it means memory full problem. Too many notifications can be distracting. When we search old messages it can sometimes be difficult. Backup and restore can take time.
