It has excellent features for setting different notification sounds for different individuals that you are chatting with. You can hide or archive chats that you aren't actively using without having to delete them. Cons Conference calls are not possible although one to one calls and video are excellent. WhatsApp is more suited for single person communication although groups are very useful to have conversations. Cons When you would like to leave a group chat, I think there should be an option to leave anonymously as I think a lot of people stay in groups that's they don't want to be in as they are worried that leaving will be announced. Searching for old server IP or configuration in chat is nightmare. It is not secure for sharing sensitive keys or credentials. No threading for different topics makes it messy.
