Pros App is fairly simple and intuitive to use, and a great way to connect with others globally on a variety of devices. Cons I really wish we were given the choice of storing media on a PC instead of on our phone. For conversations which are heavy in video clips and photos for documentation, the messages are simple enough to send, but the chats can grow to occupy more room on a device than either party would like.
