Pros I use WhatsApp everyday. Can be used for personal or business messages. Free to use. I love the fairly new status feature where you can post images for all your contacts to see. This feature is very useful for my small business. Easy to send pictures and videos to people and it is easy to go back to find those images. The pin feature is useful for important messages and so is the search feature to find those all important messages. Group chats are also great and used on a daily basis. Cons When you would like to leave a group chat, I think there should be an option to leave anonymously as I think a lot of people stay in groups that's they don't want to be in as they are worried that leaving will be announced.
