I mostly use it for communication via messaging or video calls especially with Android devices since I own iOs devices. Pros I enjoy using what’s app it definitely provides value. Also makes communication between androids and Mac systems. Very easy to use and can be incorporated with many different platforms. Customer support is very easy to find and use online chat for the What’s App. Cons I did not come across and bugs or issues. It always worked very well for me. Never had dropped call issues. No undelivered or received messages. Easily merged with many different platforms and softwares. I used to have it only on my phone for personal use, but needed to start using it for business reasons, which flows better with work when it is set up on the desktop. I also appreciate how well it connects me with contacts from across the world - whether I send a message or make a call. Cons The one thing that can be slightly frustrating about WhatsApp is if it needs an update, which in my opinion is not really a negative, as it is part of the maintenance of any established product/platform. Pros It's an easy app to navigate, and the fact that it can sync my contacts and find new ones with little to no work on my end makes it a pretty stress-free way to keep in touch. I also LOVE that I can share photos and videos here with ease between iPhones and Androids. Cons The thing I like the least about the app is when there are photos uploaded to WhatsApp, when I look back at the photos on my phone, it's hard to tell if these are mine or ones shared from a WhatsApp message.
