Having it as a method of contact on our website is so much better then email for us. Pros It's the easiest form of communications for our company. Ease of Use: It has a simple and easy-to-use interface, making it suitable for all age groups. It is also a free application: It doesn't require any fees to send messages or make voice and video calls. One of the best features of WhatsApp, in my opinion, is its support for text messages, voice and video calls, photo and file sharing, and group chats. For business owners, it offers additional features for companies to communicate with customers and promote their products. Cons I think the flaws in the WhatsApp application are very simple, such as the fact that the application cannot be used without a phone number, and it also does not fully support multiple devices, so the same account cannot be used on more than one phone at the same time. Also I like that it lets you see what contacts in your phone have whatsapp as well. Cons I do not like that there is a limited spaced for profile picture. Pros The functionality in terms of instant messaging is unbelievable since the sales team can easily share product images with the distributors in real time through chat in the factory floor. Cons The occasional bugs and poor quality of video calls when using weak construction site networks are annoying and it has almost no customer support to business accounts.
