Typically it is used more as a way of sending out mass communication and not so much for person to person conversation. The ability to use WiFi when cellular service is not available is one of the main draws of WhatsApp, and something I don't use all of the time but am very glad for this feature when I do need it. Pros Although it is not a feature I rely on often, what is especially nice about WhatsApp is that it allows me to communicate with peers when I am in locations without cell service but with internet/WiFi service. This is especially helpful in remote locations or when travelling in foreign countries. Cons I'm not sure how they get your info in the first place, but I will get some random instances of spam messages from time to time. Review Source AV Amélie V. Its a great way to share videos and pictures/photos Cons That you cannot send messages or receive them if you don't have internet connection. I do wish there were improvements for stories and privacy, though. Pros The call quality, quick document sharing, HD option for images, and the endless chat history that lets find messages from months or even years ago are all great. I use WhatsApp daily and I like it. Cons Unable to post a status in HD. Image quality gets reduced. For team collaboration, I don’t know how it would work. I’m not sure it’ll that’s an issue on WhatsApp’s end but I don’t get a lot of the same type of thing on other platforms.
